The level of incompetent I received tonight is unreal. I ordered a triple whopper meal with extra cheese as pickles. When I made it home I had three pieces of meat, bacon and no cheese. I took the sandwich back and they remade it only to get a burger made the EXACT same way but this time they decided to put tomatoes on it. At that point I was scared to even take it back. This location needs to be retrained and restaffed. This is absolutely unacceptable. This could be the last place on earth to eat and I will never come back

Yesterday (10/20) was on my first time visiting this Burger King. I ordered Cini-minus and a side of bacon. The minis were cooked well, not hard. This was around 7:30 a.m. I don’t know who the lady was working the drive thru window, but she was super nice! She was very professional! Good customer service is hard to find these days! She made my morning!

Took (not exaggerating) 20 minutes to get my double cheeseburger in the drive through. Soda tastes like chemicals. Burger is so small I thought it was a childs meal, and they forgot the cheese. Awful experience, please don’t come here. Let them close and be replaced by another business that actually cares.

Very disappointing when as a black man trying to be respectful and genuine you receive disrespect and to be treated like a criminal. I shop here often while also door dashing here as well. After the experience that I received on a work order last night, I refuse to give this business anymore of my earnings. While picking up a work order around 8pm yesterday, I asked if we needed to come inside to retrieve door dash orders, was told that I was fine in the drive thru, and to just pull up to the window for my order. Once my order was ready, the female cashier with red hair held on to the order in the window not in reach and told me to confirm my order before retrieval. I informed that I have to take a picture and had my door opened to retrieve the order so that she would know that I would confirm the order and wouldn’t pull off until doing so. She refused to pass me the order so I drove out of line to go inside. Once arriving inside, I asked if they could pass me the order so that I can confirm and deliver to Customer. Instead of being respectful and accommodating the customer in front of her, She takes it upon herself to begin calling me out of my name, while still refusing to hand off the order. Though I know there are many delivery drivers that make a bad name for our business, no one should treat drivers as if they are criminals, or even in the slightest disrespect them. Just like their company, we have certain things in place that have to be taken into account such as once our orders are confirmed at pick up, the delivery time starts immediately after which means that the order should’ve already been in my Possession upon confirmation of retrieval. Confirming before retrieving the order causes us to be documented as late deliveries when we haven’t retrieve the order yet, not to mention there have been many cases for many delivery drivers where we’ll receive the wrong order after confirming and have to wait even longer for the correct order to be retrieved causing us delivery penalties. It is very disheartening to see a young black woman be so disrespectful and ill mannered in her profession no matter the career path. That was completely unacceptable. Service of any kind has to be top priority.

There was an older black man making food. He came to assist the cashier and of course he did not change his gloves. The same gloves he handled food with he began to handle payments. I said something about it but he went back to making food with the same gloves. These fast food places hire anybody! This is cross contamination and very dangerous.

Takes them like 10 mins per car just to ask for an order. Obv they are trying to game their window timer. Dont go unless you got 30minutes to spare. (assuming theres only 3 cars ahead of you of course)

Placed my order Whopper with Cheese extra lettuce ($.30), Lare Fry and a Large Drink. Order took 18 minutes to receive. While picking my food up at the counter the cook and the drive thru person were arguing over if I had an item in my bag or not. The cool never spoke to me or even responded to me. Sat down to eat my food, my whopper had NO CHEESE and not one piece of lettuce. I went back to the counter to receive my ($.30) lettuce and the cook then grabbed the sandwich with NO GLOVE and throwed a couple of pieces of lettuce on my burger still no cheese. The manager was more concerned about her nails and appearance then a customer’s food. I can say I will never be back to this location, more than likely no more BK for me.

I am absolutely very impressed with the team here. Jasmine is a great leader. They are very busy, and every team member is smiling and communicating clearly and effectively. My order was accurate and fresh. I hope corporate sees this or else.

Everything that could have gone wrong did this night.

I go to Burger King at around 8:45pm. Their sign says their dining room closes at 10, but they closed it down by then anyways. That’s fine. What is not fine is that they told me I had to walk through the car drive thru. The area was narrow and it just isn’t safe for one customer to stand out there. Let alone 6 other people that had to do it.

Whatever, I get my burger and open it to put sauce on it. There is a human-bite shaped chunk missing from my patty. I put the picture below. Even if this is somehow not bite, how does this pass the human eye test??? I was disgusted.

Whatever. I just go back to the drive-thru. I have to try and squeeze my way into talking to them. I apologize to the other cars there I seemingly cut in front of, but when I showed them the picture, they immediately understood.

I asked for a refund. They took my bag and said we’ll make you a new one. I then repeated that I did not want a new meal, but instead just wanted a refund. They told me to wait, and after a while, I told them the details. After learning that it was an online order, they said that I had to go through customer support.

I majored in CS, so honestly, I get it. It is a corporate thing and not a store thing, so it does need to go through there. With that being said though, there still was a bite out of my sandwich after I had to walk through the drive-thru and that’s unacceptable, for health reasons, and for safety reasons.



The BK App Customer Support is the worst thing I had ever had the displeasure of using. There were 11 emails total between us and I said in majority of them that I just want a refund. I have never seen a company so allergic to a word before. They would not say it.

Eventually, I just kept my reply simple and to one sentence. “Where is my refund?”

Please read their response in full. No summary can properly do it justice.

There had been 8 days worth of back and forth and only at the very end did they say responsibility lies with the franchisee. On top of that, my main request was ignored.

I am genuinely shocked at how I kept the question to a simple “what’s my refund status” and they sent 3 paragraphs of corporate slop that did not even acknowledge that. “We would like to assure you that your concerns have been forwarded to the restaurant manager.” Like I would believe that with how you seem to ignore the word “refund” in every response. That was the main thing I was asking for the entire time. Even if they did forward it to the franchisee, this incident happened in January and the current reviews show that NOTHING HAS CHANGED.

Reader. Nothing will ever change. Don’t go to this Burger King. Do not use their app. I can not recommend against it more.

I would not have written this review if not for the world’s worst Customer Service on top of the the bitten burger I had to weave through cars to get. I called by credit card company to chargeback for it.

Lady working the drive through is rude ash, I can’t believe people won’t trust a food truck but will trust a lady who barely doing her job correctly. And the other co-workers are just as bad. What am I to expect from a Burger King in Atlanta at night.
