Zero customer service. Stood at counter and had multiple people make eye contact with me but not acknowledge my presence. They guy next to me in line had been waiting 20 minutes for his food after ordering on those screens that never seem to work, and are too much to try and learn when you only have 30 minutes for lunch.
Only after raising my voice to get the attention of the staff was I able to order. Icing on the cake is the food was cold and fries were soggy. They are only good when they are warm.
Not one single table was clean. Food was cold, and service was bad. And…. I was 10 minutes late getting back to work.
Stay away from this McDonald’s.

The service was pretty slow everyone acted like it was their first day working there. But the food came out good. If you order at the register though you have to pay attention as they don’t give you the sales unless you tell them. The guy in front of us ordered the egg mcmuffin meal which is $5.00 right now and she charged full price at 6.89+tax. We turned and used the kiosk and the same meal was $5.40

They took 30 minutes to give me my order and none of the staff speak english and even if you speak spanish to them they still don’t understand, meanwhile they’re all gossiping to each other in Spanish talking crap about the customers that come in. And there was no ink for the recept printer meaning they just gave paper. There was also nobody at the front counter making everyone that wanted to order in person wait for over 30 minutes. Don’t waste your time coming over here just go to any other one besides this one and you’ll have a way better experience

Got English muffins and coffee, food was okay- not northern American mcdonald quality. service from the manager with the scarf around her neck was not good. She handed my order to me and I asked if I could have some cream and sugar and she walked away from me. The gal that was training seen it happen and she came over and apologized for the manager being rude to me and gave me cream and sugar. If the lady all the way on the other end heard me I know the manager heard me.
If I was the district manager I would put her back in an entry level job or suspend with out pay for being rude to my guests. She was not only rude to me I witnessed her being rude to another guest that came in to ask about items missing from a drive thru order.

Not much of an appetite so I ordered a double cheese green chile burger and it was quite good. Glad I didn’t upgrade to large as I got plenty of fries in the medium I ordered. Friendly staff. Not much of a wait. Nice and clean restaurant. The restrooms are not easy accessible as the staff has to buzz you in.

I had a seriously frustrating experience at this McDonald’s drive-thru. I specifically asked for “just the sandwich” (the McGriddle, no meal), but they literally gave me just the buns – and charged me the full $5! When I went inside to fix the misunderstanding, Cienna, the employee who took my order, was incredibly rude. I’ve never been talked to that way in my life. I was trying to be polite and explain that I didn’t want the meal, just the sandwich, but she was completely unhelpful and disrespectful. Getting charged for just buns when I asked for the sandwich is ridiculous (who even orders just the buns without being specific), but the way Cienna handled the situation was unacceptable.” #mcpunked

don’t go here the service providers suck. They took 40 minutes to provide my food and my food came cold. I couldn’t even enjoy one single bite. The workers were just sitting on their phones and cussing, which is very unprofessional. I was so disappointed after being on a road trip and haven’t eaten all day to get cold food.

Was overcharged had receipt managers & some staff dont understand english properly got my order wrong 3 times from 3 different ladies they argue till they finally realize they were wrong very unprofessional. I got 6 Grinch meals didn’t recieve socks in a few boxe VERY bad customer service

Always reliable and ridiculously efficient. Can’t complain about the coffee either. Nuggets are always a good choice for on the road food as long as you don’t dunk!

This location gets the order wrong a lot whether its the item, size or if you said no cheese or not. And they argue when you try to get it fixed even if you have the receipt. Mobile orders at this location are especially the worst dont come to this location.
