As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Was in town from out of town. Loving the freshness of the food. Those fries are so good! Burgers were hot and delicious, but most of all they were made correctly. The person that took our order was a nice gentleman he even joked with us ! It doesn’t seem like much but in a world where customer service Lacks, I’ll take the small victories lol this is a great establishment and they do not miss! Also wanted to mention that last year my Mom’s van stopped in their driveway and that man came out of there and helped us push the van into Lowe’s gas! Exemplary service!

The food was absolutely delicious especially the french fries and they were hot. Not cold, impressed me very much.. The staff was friendly. I’m taking my grandson for the first time today for his experience.

I ordered online. I arrived and there were 3 cars in line. I pulled in and around but could not get into the mobile line or out of the regular line. When I got to the window, I asked if he could just hand me my meal. He refused to and made me go around to the mobile line even though he was holding my order. There was one car behind nr and no one in the mobile line. This is how you lose business.

Not better than the old Checkers. The burger was very bland and slimy like and the mayo was oozing out the bun. Chicken bites were rubbery. The only thing good was the fries. I was so nauseated from trying to eat the burger I couldn’t even eat my fries.
Other than that service was really quick and everyone was pleasant to speak with.

This location desperately needs to hire new people. Everytime I come im met with rude employees and cold food. This is ridiculous, Then when I asked about my order and why they skimped my meal they give me an adittude.. and my fires are so burnt I tossed them. Worse place I’ve ever been to. Went there today around 3:00, I live in Lenoir and had DR appointment in Hickory and I didn’t know Hickory had Checker’s, brought back memories when I used to live the one in Lenoir and I missed it because they shut down. Anyway I was excited and had the Big burger and fries and it was delicious! The fries were hot and fresh! The employee was very nice. I will definitely be back! The price was fair and worth it for sure! Thank you!
