Noisy, weird people yelling across the tables. It will get better? Nope. Old guy blasting videos in the middle of the restaurant. It will get better? Nope. Kid jumping up & down in the booth across from us. You gonna do something about that? “”About what?” It will get better? Nope. Music on the floor… different music in the kirchen and four people yelling in Spanish! It will get better? Nope. I give up. It will not get better. Know how I know? Because if it was going to get better, it would have. We tried one last time today. We walk in, a surly manager(?) writes on a clipboard and asks with a nasal-voice “Two for dinner?” Yes… a table please. No smile, no eye-contact, doesn’t even look up. We wait 10 minutes for a table cause they have “no tables available.” Then they march us past half an acre of EMPTY tables to a booth. There’s not one single person sitting in no-man’s land in the entire center of the restaurant! THAT is some really weird “management” to be sure.

I never review places but felt compelled with the fantastic service I’ve consistently received here. I know its just a chain, however, the servers have made me feel, at times, like I was at a five star restaurant. For a person with an autoimmune condition, I’m always nervous to order since I have a laundry list of items I cant eat. I mentally prepare myself that I’m going to annoy the server. I’ve had negative experiences at other places and one time I even cried. The servers at this olive garden don’t bat an eye when I ask about cooking oil or separating out the salad fixings so my partner can still have them. They have even gone out of their way to go above and beyond on items I didnt even ask for (shout out to Luke!). I know when I come here, I will be comfortable and not be made to feel ashamed of my condition. Thank you Olive Garden!

So ik it’s always a pain in the butt with bigger parties. We had 7. However the lady (Karma) serving us at this Diamond location, came with nothing less than a poor attitude. Service was less than satisfactory in so many ways. She just tossed our plates on the table, really short when taking our order, mad when we asked for drink refills, when serving the cheese it was small increments and did not offer for the salad and left, after she also tossed that on the table, we also needed drink refills and were confused as to why she would just leave like that. This is all before the main course, which she did not clear any of the appetizer dishes! This lady does not need to be in the service industry, she might’ve had a bad day…. however you simply do not take that out on your customers. Yes this affected her tip!

The place is cute but that’s it. My first plate was dirty. Then, I was extremely disappointed that my pasta was burnt, so burnt I couldn’t eat it. I don’t even know how you mess up pasta like that?! Had to ask for a refill of the bread which we barely got any of. Didn’t get any drink refills or salad refills so had to drink my bfs water to get down the dry burnt pasta. And then the meal cost $90 and we couldn’t even get the waiters attention at the end to get a to go box for my grandma. Ridiculous.

Ok so normally I’m not into chain restaurants but honestly this place is great. I was dining during lunch and by myself. I got a table right away and my server was super attentive. Bread sticks were hot and of course my salad was delicious. I had the lunch special cheese ravioli with meat sauce. To drink I had the berry sangria. All my food and drinks were delicious. I don’t know if this is just a location thing but honestly I’m definitely impressed. Also my server is an absolute delight.

I came to Olive Garden for endless hospitality and instead got a front-row seat to a basketball game I didn’t ask to watch. Our server was so locked in on the TV that my drink sat empty long enough to develop trust issues—especially impressive considering it cost almost $5. At that price, I assumed refills would be included along with a small emotional bond.
The 5 cheese marinara was less “cheese” and more “oil spill,” and the Tour of Italy featured noodles so dry I’m convinced they were cooked sometime during the Renaissance and reheated for my table.
We waited so long for our food that it finally arrived only after I loudly told my child, “I don’t know where our food is, I don’t have it yet,” which apparently worked better than the server’s attention span.
All in all, bad service, bad food, and a great place if you want to hydrate via imagination while watching someone else enjoy a basketball game. Would not recommend—unless you’re a fan of disappointment with a side of grease.

Great restaurant! I love that they let you know via message when your table is ready. The calamari was amazing, so crunchy and perfect. The other 2 dishes we order also delicious. They give you warm garlic bread when you are waiting for your food, which is amazing because the taste is sooo good. The service is also great! Without even asking, the waiters refill the soda and they are always asking if you are ok or if you need something.

We got in and got seated immediately. Server was prompt and always ready and VERY patient with the amount of cheese I wanted.

It was my second time eating here. The service was phenomenal and the size of foods was way bigger than I expected. However, I was quite surprised when saw they charged almost $5 extra for adding broccolis each plate without informing beforehand.
And also, we ordered steak Alfredo, and Chicken Alfredos, they were all too salty so could not finish most of my dishes.
They should get another recipe to make it more savorily flavorful.

Great experience! We came in on Black Friday expecting there to be a long line, however they sat us down immediately. Our waitress came to us very quickly and took our order. We received our breadsticks and salad in a prompt and timely fashion . Almost as soon as we were done eating the appetizers we were greeted with our main dishes
