this is the second time i have gotten black, rotten looking food from here. i am furious, i bit into one of them. not to mention the night staff acts so stupid, they can’t even cut a quesadilla right. idk if it’s a joke to them, but it’s pretty annoying when they cut it so obnoxiously that a whole “slice” is just tortilla. this store should be closed if they can’t throw out rotten food or cut a damn quesadilla

My food was cold waited almost 30 minutes for it. When I finally went to ask where my food was not one knew what happened. Or at least I was not told. My food had been cold not my order. Did not get all my food but was charged for it even after the very long wait. They apologized but did not remake my food. My tacos were soggy had to use fork because the grease got to the bottom. I was first one to order and the last one to get my food. Very disrespectful customer yelling and being rude to staff. Lady and her friends should of been kicked out due to her disrespect and attitude. Rude because you use the kiosk and no one takes your order anymore. She should talk to management or higher ups at taco bell. Employees don’t make these rules and yelling at the staff is uncalled for. The manager should of told her to shut up or leave. She was very loud maybe even drunk. Just because wages went up doesn’t mean they make more than you do. Hateful women should of been kicked out.

How many times do customers have to complain about a manger before she gets let go? LOOKING OVER these reviews its terrible management, its not a joke. They do not care about others, the food is probably also powered water. I can’t believe they have the female manager there able to treat others as such. I am sure she is so unhappy she had to treat others like she does. If tacobell does not care about how there workers treat customers we should not be going! Also if the food is not quality! The Night Shift MANAGER harassed both of my door dashers. I only ordered a few items and they made my first dasher wait in a 20 minute drive through TWICE for my food then refused to give it to her. She even tried to make up a story about the driver to make her seem in the wrong. The second driver was sent specifically by door dash for having a nearly perfect record and they tried to refuse him as well. I didn’t get my food until it was made over an hour ago and getting very cold. NONE OF IT WAS DOOR DASHERS FAULTS.
-1/10 would not recommend. Taco Bell should honestly report the manager and refund our order.

I recommend never go to the 7th St., Taco Bell restaurant ever we ordered a meal told him exactly what we wanted. We go and pick it up. It is not the way we wanted it. We said this is not the way we wanted it. They refused to remake it. This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been at do not ever go to 7th St., Taco Bell by Walmart in Joplin, Missouri.

I paid extra for beans and meat, and this is how much I got. When I called and asked if I could be comped at a later date, they stated they made it correctly, you can tell by the photo there isn’t any extra. I was not comped and was told they did nothing wrong so had to deal with it.

If your order is wrong or missing items prepare to be argued with ad nauseum and told that theres “video proof” of them not making any errors and then refusing to elaborate any further. Had to go through the app to get a refund for food I was never given.

Came in to order. Was told I have to order from the order machine in the lobby. The lady would get in trouble if she took the order. Ok, I did that and made sure I hit dine in. A young man called out my name. Hat tilted and pants below his butt. My food was in a bag (not a tray) ask him if I pressed for here or to go? He said corporate standards are all orders are to be bagged, so that customers would leave and not make a mess. The manager on duty said that Taco bell doesn’t want dine in anymore. They want to be a drive thru only business by 2026. With the service I received from here today. I believe it. I will never be treated with this much disrespect from another fast food restaurant again. Taco bell very bad business model and very bad choice. Currently 7 employees 4 are not in a proper uniform and 0 are helping older people for the lobby.

Drive through is usually how I go. I stopped one night in the store because I needed to use the restroom. They lock the restrooms and give you a key. The employee handed me the key with a big plastic item attached to it and I took the key, into the restrooms. When I returned the key, the employee took it and stuck it under the counter.
Sounds harmless, but that key was with me in the restroom, previously with other individuals in the restroom, and the employee never washed their hands and went right back to work.
