The food was very tasty. Our server was very nice and quick with things that were under her control. Would have preferred the appetizers to come out a bit faster as they came out within 2 minutes of the test of the food even though they were placed first. I got the bacon Mac and cheese burger which was delicious. My wife got the cheesesteak, which she said was delicious.

Came here for dinner with my parents and I had to say this is poor customer service. The waiter wasn’t rude but she doesn’t even check on us if we’re doing fine nor asking if we needed refill. Especially the appetizer took too long and when it came, the food was barely hot and the onion rings are slightly soggy. I also checked other reviews and most of the recent ones are negative. Now I know why there’s a bunch of negative reviews. So far this is the only restaurant in this area I would never come back to.

My wife and child we visited Buffalo Wild Wings expecting a standard family dining experience. Unfortunately, our visit raised serious concerns about professionalism and customer treatment.
Throughout the meal, our server name Kimberly behavior was consistently unprofessional, with full of attitude. Food was placed on the table abruptly, and when I politely asked for extra ranch, the response was raised and dismissive. Despite multiple requests, water for my baby not provided, which made us uncomfortable as parents.
When I calmly addressed the tone being used with us, the server responded, “You can change your server.” I stated that we were fine continuing and returned to our table. Shortly after, the server came back and stated, “Hey you Indian, my manager will be your server now,” then refused to continue serving us and walked away.
No manager ever came to our table to address the situation.
We paid at the front desk and spoke with the on-duty manager. While an apology and a small discount were offered, there was no meaningful follow-up, explanation, or indication that the incident — particularly the explicit racial remark — would be addressed.
This experience was deeply disappointing. Regardless of circumstances, discriminatory language and unprofessional conduct should never occur in a customer-facing environment, especially with families present. I hope this location and corporate leadership take this feedback seriously and ensure proper training and accountability moving forward.

I ordered chicken wings and a large portion of Parmesan garlic cauliflower wings, but they completely forgot to add the garlic and Parmesan. What I received were just plain, dry cauliflower wings with no flavor at all. Really expected better..

Ordered thru doordash, guess what, i got 20 plain chicken with no sauce but ranch, and they remembered my mac & cheese, wonderful job!!! never ordering again.

Visited on a Tuesday night, which I expected to be busy, so the 40-minute wait for a table was understandable. Once seated, the staff took our order and served it quickly. However, the wings were a major disappointment. I ordered nearly 60 wings (traditional &boneless), and none of them were hot — they were all cold, clearly not freshly cooked.
What really bothered me was the sauce. We come to Buffalo Wild Wings for the bold, flavorful sauces — that’s what makes the experience. But this time, the sauces were barely there. Most of the wings looked like the sauce was just drizzled on as decoration rather than being fully coated.
When I asked the waitress about it, she said, “We do the sauce based on the number of pumps per number of wings.” That’s fine, but the sauce should still cover the wings evenly, which wasn’t the case. After I pointed it out again, she brought extra sauce on the side. I took photos of a few wings, but honestly, about 60% of them looked like that — under-sauced and dry.
Overall, this visit didn’t live up to the BWW experience we expect. Cold wings and minimal sauce don’t justify coming here.

The service here was the most disappointing I have EVER had! Our food came out 1 at a time like probably 10-20 minutes apart from eachother. If I wanted to eat at separate times from the rest of my family I would have stayed home. We were told that is how service is done and if we want it to come all together then we have to ask but even then some of our food would be cold versus others will be hot. VERY disappointing and WILL NEVER COME BACK AGAIN! We were not given ANY silverware or let alone napkins! I had to ask for all this! The manager had said to us that we will just have to let it come out when it ready which will not be all together unless we ask. Like thats not a kitchen works? You are to time it so that all the food comes out together for the table. Like why is this place even open??? It’s not a restaurant its a joke!

I like BWW but this review applies to only this branch. Wings are not hot at all. Blue moon is a signature beer in BWW but in here it’s not chill cold.
Dining table is not clean and Restrooms are not clean.

Ordered wings for pickup twice. The first time, I got all the way home and they forgot the wing sauces! Called to complain and the person just said “sorry” then silence. Like, I want a refund! What are wings without sauce? That’s half the point! The second time, they tried to do the same thing, but I checked and had to show the cashier it wasn’t there. ♀️ Plus, they barely accept online orders. #Wings #Sauce #Pickup #Orders #Frustration

This location is in need of hiring better wait staff and possibly management. There was only one cook for the entire restraunt during lunch. The one waitress was in need of assistance. The restrooms were dirty and appeared to have been that way for a long time. The food was the only good part of our experience.
