My husband ordered a gluten free bun double shack burger with no tomato no cheese add onion, a side of fries, and a 50/50 lemonade/tea. His burger had little to no onion, lettuce, and sauce. The patties were extremely dry, as was the bun (the bun is to be expected, it’s gluten free). I waited 20+ minutes and paid $40 for extremely mid food(one meal and a milkshake mind you).

I recently visited Shake Shack, and I have to say, it was an excellent experience from start to finish! I ordered the single patty burger with cheese and all the toppings, paired with wavy fries. The burger was incredibly flavorful, perfectly cooked, and packed with freshness, while the fries were crispy and seasoned just right—everything was absolutely delicious!
What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional customer service. The female cashier (in picture) was incredibly attentive, kind, and welcoming, making the experience even better. While the food was fantastic, her positive attitude and attentiveness really made my visit memorable.
Highly recommend this spot for anyone craving great food and even better service. I’ll definitely be back!

I love Shake Shack’s Chicken Shack sandwich and would recommend it to anyone who enjoys a chicken sandwich or who doesn’t eat red meat. When I was there, it was very quiet. I waited a little bit for my food, but the staff was friendly! There’s no reason I wouldn’t return again.

I’m a tourist who stopped in for the dubai chocolate shake and it did not disappoint! Perfectly crackable shell and it felt like I got the right amount of everything.
Maybe it’s because it was a 4PM on a Wednesday, but I was served my shake only two minutes after ordering, which is unheard of at my local Shake Shack in WA.
I appreciate the parking at this location. Every location I’ve been to so far has had a small or awkwardly placed parking lot, so this was a nice surprise while under a time constraint.

We ordered food from here and it was great! The burger was how I wanted it and it was as good as getting it in the store. We do live pretty close to here so it was delivered very fast but my favorite part was the fries! They have to best fries, better than most fast food places. The shake was thick and tasted like a classic.

The food flavor was at least decent but was severely lacking in quantity and presentation. The burger was sad, and chicken nuggets were so tiny (basically for ants, they should be at least…3 times as big! -Zoolander). But thankfully, we received a few more than the six we ordered. Most of the food looked nothing like the pictures, just really squished, flat, flabby, sad. I love french fries and those were good. The service was good, the restaurant was very clean, and the self-help kiosk for ordering was simple.

I have loved Shake Shack ever since one of them opened near my old job back in Brooklyn. I was pleasantly surprised to find some out here upon moving to Denver. Yes, the items are a bit pricier than at the average fast food joint, but I feel the quality both of ingredients as well as employee is far superior. I had a shroom burger, cheese fries and a chocolate shake. As always, everything was delicious. The restaurant itself was very clean and the staff were great!

The place is great. And I’ve never had a server ask me ‘has anybody already asked you if you need a refill?’ I replied no and he asked me if I would like one. Which I replied yes. And this is while I was throwing away my trash about to leave.

I don’t do a lot of fast food but I found myself fixating on a burger, fries and milkshake. The name Shake Shack seemed to be beckoning me to give them a try.
I swung into their parking lot about 12:45 and was surprised that there was plenty of parking. Equally surprising was that inside only had about five patrons sitting to eat at what I consider the height of lunch hour. Omen?
I ordered at a credit card only kiosk. A cheeseburger, fries and milkshake – $21! OK I thought, this should be good. Unfortunately it was mediocre at best.
Here’s a pros and cons approach to my experience:
PROS –
Clean inside and out
Fast service – received food quickly after ordering
Plenty of parking
Staff was friendly
CONS –
Classic fast food – nothing special
EXPENSIVE for what I got
When you consider that you order from a kiosk (and I tipped). The food is served like any other fast food (like drive-ups) and you bus your own table you could do a lot better at many sit-down restaurants with table service for the same price. If you are pressed for time and apparently not as frugal as I am then this is your place.

Love this place because it’s made to order so you know everything is super fresh and delicious. Even with a full lobby I can always expect my order to be ready within 10 minutes. Today, I got the regular burger and the fifty/fifty sunset lemonade. After the meal I wanted a custard and the nice cashier told me I could get it for free if I did the survey online! Saved me about $8! Love this place every time I go. Honestly, it’s one of the better burger chains out there.
