Went to get my big double burger it came with no cheese or anything on it at all. I had to reorder my large cheese bits at the window and only got 4 onion rings they didn’t even try.

I’m new to the area, but this was one of the worst Cook Out experiences I’ve had. I’ve been to many across NC and usually enjoy them. When I pulled up to the window, an employee asked me to repeat my order, and while I was speaking he shut the window in my face and started talking to a coworker. After the employee gave me my order, I said “thank you”, but the employee didn’t even acknowledge me or say anything even though it wasn’t busy. I’ve worked in the food industry myself and would never treat a customer that way, it’s small things like that that will keep customers from returning to an establishment. Management should really work on customer courtesy and communication.

The lady working the drive through at the Kannapolis NC location on Sunday 1/11/26 around 3:15 PM was extremely rude and condescending!!!!! So much so that I left and drove all the way to the Salisbury NC location to get my food. Love the Salisbury location and the nice, courteous and professional way that loyal customers are treated! I will give a 5 star review for that location and a 1 for the Kannapolis location.

Went to this location at 3:08 and they said they closed in 10 minutes when they are scheduled to close at 3:30 ordered food an 2 Oreo shakes got the food but when we received the ice cream all of the Oreos were all on top and not mixed in, when we asked for it to be mixed in we were told the mixer was broken, but our friend before us got ice cream and was mixed in and they did not tell us it was broke when taking the order either

Alright so I pulled in around 3:30pm and by my surprise no one in the line so I pulled to speaker they greeted me right away and took my order I wasn’t expecting it but man my food was perfect fries were hot and fresh and the burger was so hot and fresh it was burning my mouth it was amazing. Thank you so much for such good food and service. Wish I would’ve taken a picture but it was so good and I was so hungry I forgot to take one. Again thank you.

So I really don’t normally like making these. But I feel as though the location won’t try unless I go here. Well for starters I love cook out. The chicken wraps are perfection. The only downside is when employees become too lazy to properly make something that’s supposed to look appealing. My sister and I tonight got honey mustard wraps and, some walk’n tacos and some drinks. Well we eat in the parking lot and all 4 of our chicken wraps were barely anything. My sister nicely went and resolved the issue. But this isn’t the first time it’s happened to me and I’m beyond frustrated so we drove away and I threw away my wraps.

I wish I could leave 0 stars on this review. First time I went to this location my burger was poorly thrown together and barely anything on it compared to the other locations. Also, hardly any fries which I got for both sides.
Gave it another chance for milkshakes and the cups weren’t wiped off before handing over, and there was a hair in my fries after seeing other reviews I threw my order out, the staff does not care and it’s clearly unsanitary. Even for fast food this place is a major let down and gross.

We got two trays. One had a big double that wasn’t big at all and two wraps which were fine. The other had two chicken quesodillas in it that had little to no chicken. The teas were fine. Was not impressed with the service or the crappy intercom.
