My family did a timed pre order today placed (about 6 hours ahead of time online) for a large group coming from a local bowling alley for a birthday celebration. All 6 pizzas were ready when we got there at our exact time…fresh, hot and delicious! Plenty of paper goods, a nice bright, clean dining area with plenty of seating. Clean bathrooms and super friendly staff! All the guys at the front counter went above and beyond. Great visit!

My order was picked up by the deli ery driver at 12:45, he then sat in the parking lot for 20 minutes before delivering my food 10 minutes away. Food was cold when it got here.

Place is not run well. No communication with customers. Ordered a large steak 9 with no pepper and add mayo and 2 slices of pepperoni pizza. After standing there for over 25 minutes, still not had my order. Girl working up front standing over daydreaming instead of putting cooked order in the pickup area. Ended up asking for a full refund do to lack of communication and no food after 25 minutes. I won’t be ordering from this location ever again.

Papa Gino’s is kind of a shadow of what it was when I was growing up. Even just 5-6 years ago it would have been hugely busy and crowded in the restaurant and pickup too. Alas they were empty I the restaurant and I saw a few orders being prepped at dinner time on a Tuesday.
The food, on the other hand, still is my favorite chain pizza in New England, the crust and sauce are good and toppings good too. Taste makes me think of my childhood.

Last week I went in got the lunch special on my break 2 slices and a drink added hot honey they said we gotta make the pizza my buddy got his fries and sandwich I legit sat in there for 35 minutes while some girl cried in the back I straight up just left bc I had to return to work the lack of customer service is outstanding!!!

We ordered a lg pizza with pineapple and capicola on entire pizza and Mike’s hot honey on one side and they only put all items on one side but we were charged for what was ordered, this has happened numerous times.I don’t understand why it’s so difficult to follow your own online ordering form.
