The service manager Chris is awesome. He checked on us a few times and even took our order. Maybe they were short handed that time but we didn’t have to wait long.
The wings are always a hit. I like the traditional wings. We ordered Asian Zing, Garlic Parmesan, and Traditional Dry rub Buffalo flavored wings (I actually liked that better than the sauce). The wings are very tasty and crispy. Some of wings thought were a little dry even with the sauce but still good and hit the spot.
Ambiance: my niece said it reminded her of a “school cafeteria” set up. She meant the way the tables and chairs were set up. I can see it. This restaurant looks almost like it could have an arcade inside but it doesn’t. It’s looks more like a bar than a restaurant. It’s ….a sport bar lol. There you have it.
Price: The price of a 10 piece traditional wings have gone up! I was totally surprised! Be prepared. Just saying.
Service is too bad and slow, it seems they are short of staff, they also have a deal for Traditional wings on Tuesdays and for Boneless wings on Thursdays.
I’ve noticed a major inconsistency with our takeout orders from this location. When we order traditional wings on a weekday, they consistently arrive dry with very little to no sauce and don’t smell particularly fresh. However, the wings we order on weekends are the complete opposite they are perfectly coated in sauce, hot, and fresh. I would recommend ordering on a weekend for a much better experience.
The wings I ordered were good and the tacos were acceptable. It was more that I was put off by the vibe.
Service: …
When I started ordering, I paused for maybe four seconds before continuing and during that brief moment, the server literally turned and began walking away. When I called her back to finish my order, she rolled her eyes like I was inconveniencing her.
We didn’t see her again for quite a while. Our drinks sat empty for about 15 minutes until another staff member (who wasn’t even our server) kindly offered refills. That person honestly provided better service than our actual server.
When our food finally arrived, we realized we didn’t have any silverware. We asked the server for some, and it took another 10 minutes to receive it; by then, the food was cold.
Unfortunately, our server Chevelle was extremely rude and inattentive. I’ve never left a 1-star review before, but this experience genuinely warrants it. I saw a positive review for her from the day before, so maybe she was just having an off day….but almost a month later, I’m still thinking about how uncomfortable and disappointing the whole visit was.
I ordered to pick up. Prices are high and there is very small portions on sides like fried pickles, mozzarella sticks and potato wedges. My order of 10 lemon pepper wings were dry and over cooked, I would say like very crunchy and difficult to eat and I ended up getting a cut in my gums. My 10 bufalo wings were dry. I know their menu had dry and original. I ordered original and I have never saw this in any other place. Honestly Dominos have better wings and cheaper! The BWW brand sounds fancy and I’m a foody I wouldn’t mind to pay for quality. Wings small, overcooked and dry even from inside. I paid almost $80 bucks for something so disgusting. Yes, I have to eat because I was very hungry after of 12 hour overnight worked shift. Oh and the dressings comes in small black containers HALF FULL! those things are already small and they come almost empty. This is the third time. The first time it’s kind of ok. Let’s give another chance, the second is like “mmm let’s try if they get better” the third is like F this! Not worth it. BWW need to buy nice quality chicken, hired a good cooks and definitely overlooked the management to cut the poison from the roots! Otherwise they are going down…. Just saying…
