I was very disappointed for a traveler wanting to taste a delicious Chicago Hotdog. It was not cooked well and it had a topping that I specifically requested not to have. They were not busy so I was not sure why that happened. My receipt even had, no mustard.
The drink and chips were the only enjoyable part of our meal. We spent $23.00 for two combos. I was looking forward to enjoyment and unfortunately, I was disappointed.

I’m responding to your reply to my review. The comment about reviewing my public profile and suggesting dissatisfaction is a “common theme” was unnecessary and unprofessional. My review was based solely on my experience at your establishment, not my history elsewhere.
When I realized there was an issue with the product, I was already driving away and did not feel it was worth returning. Based on that experience, I chose not to come back. I did not ask for a refund or for the issue to be corrected, I simply shared my opinion.
The statement that your “hands were tied” also felt misplaced, as I never claimed your staff was unable to fix the issue. Google reviews exist to allow customers to share honest feedback, whether positive or negative, and this review reflects mine. I will not be returning.

Thank you for the follow-up. Reviews are meant to reflect a customer’s personal experience, which is exactly what mine does. I’m not obligated to remain on-site or return to a business to validate my opinion, nor is that a requirement for leaving an honest review.
Commenting on my public profile rather than addressing the substance of my experience is what I found unprofessional. Feedback that is positive or negative should be used for improvement, not deflection.
I stand by my review and consider the matter closed. I agree that we’ve reached a resolution that works for everyone. I will not be returning or spending my money at your establishment again due to the quality of your products and the unprofessional, rude response to my feedback.

For example, your response to Jon was notably different in tone and accountability. Based on both that response and my personal experience at your establishment, I perceived what appeared to be unequal treatment, which raised concerns for me.
