Dessert and the service was very horrible.The waitress was rude.She didn’t offer me a bag for my to go.Items?And she didn’t even speak and say anything after I left her a decent tip. I observe that she might be young. But I mean, come on after a long night of work, I come in just to get dessert and i’m treated like trash. I’m not sure if it was because of my skin color or if she was just having the off night regardless terrible service.

I’ve been to the Winona Perkins a few times. Staff is always friendly. Seems like it’s understaffed though. I wouldn’t expect anything great food-wise, particularly outside of the breakfast menu.

Winona Perkins has been going downhill for a while but I had time to waste while waiting for my tires to get done at Walmart so figured I would get breakfast and who can screw up breakfast. Well I guess Perkins can! Burnt to a crisp bacon, greasy hash browns and over done eggs (I ordered over easy). Definitely not going back and do not recommend. Service took forever as well and there was nobody in there and it cost way too much for what I ordered.
