Bought a Mexican pizza and chips both tasted like nasty grease. Did not even finish the food. Tried to call and let the manager know. No answer. I do understand they are busy. But yuck. Change the oil! Food was gross and left a bad taste.

I’ve given this taco bell so many chances… they will do great for a while but then go right back to inedible food… I’m over it… food cost to much to be paying out old hard fries and old hard taco shells and tortillas… in the past month I’ve not been able to eat over half the food I’ve paid for due to it being old and so hard you can’t chew it… it’s unacceptable and theres zero excuse for this bs with the cost of food right now… i hope these guys get their shit straight again because it’s one of the only places nearby my job where I can get food for lunch… but i can’t keep paying these ridiculous prices for food i can’t even eat!!!

Rude manager and employees, ordered on the kiosk bc there was no one to take an order. Ordered the new street chalupas box, i thought it was chicken. It came out steak after having to wait for our order for a good 10 minutes, I asked it to be remade as chicken, no price difference according to the app, handled it back… a few minutes later they came back with them to my table and said they won’t remake unless I pay for the chicken bc I made the order… so who knows what they did while they were back with them. I asked for my receipt bc I never got one, asked for corporate number and the same one came back with another attitude. I have worked in food service and that is not the way to handle it. Also there are a few pieces of steak on the chalupas. The cinnamon twists were also rancid bc the oil is bad, you can taste it. Stay away
