The couple of workers need some people skills or learn better English, They brought out the wrong order and instead of giving me another option said thats what they had. I could not believe it. If I was by myself and haven’t worked a double shift I would of looked up the district manager on the spot this was extremely uncalled for. The place is well updated but still needed to be cleaned mop and tables wiped down. Alot of worker but not dling enough work.

Ordered 2 iced coffees one Saturday morning that came out tasting absolutely horrendous. Almost like if they didn’t clean their machine good or something was going bad in there. Literally felt nauseous for the rest of the morning after.

These people on nightshift act like they don’t want to be there working, complete wrong order on several occasions. Completely incoherent or something, it’s like they can’t take simple orders. I mean a mistake is a mistake but seriously EVERY TIME. Go back to kindergarten and learn the word ketchup and tomato. And whoever is running the joint ain’t much better because they have several bad reviews and they are obviously doing nothing about it. Shame on you guys, terrible service!!!!

Ordered a mocha frappe with espresso, they told me after paying they didn’t have espresso, didn’t give me the difference, pulled me up to the third window for 5 min and when the manager brought me my frappe it was mocha but with Carmel in the cup, I asked for it to be remade and all he did was blend the Carmel in and serve it to me again. Final straw for me won’t be back, the rudeness is consistent especially from the girl with acne scars on her face. No one wears name tags here for a reason.

Every time I order here. I’m always worried that food isn’t in the bag or the Poor customer service during the night shift. I ordered two item. One was a soda. Every night I go to get a large soda with little ice and they don’t fill it up. I mean sure I can go buy my own soda but seriously it’s not hard to fill it up. Definitely lost a customer. Bk is way better service and def not reheated food. Next door. I hope by posting this they stop treating me like they are a Starbucks. Thank you.

Monopoly is currently going on and jus started and I love it. I have participated in them all.I think the employees are stealing monopoly pieces cause how are they out of them?I been there twice and they have not given me my monopoly pieces with the items I buy which I use the app to see which will give the the Maxx monopoly pieces and if I didn’t live so damn close I would never go here and I also try to always go to a different McDonald’s cause this one really sucks.I couldn’t tell you how many times they have gotten my Carmel iced coffee wrong or my special order which is only no pickle with extra onions and still they screw it up.Fire all humans and make it all robots let’s give them a shot at it.

Well thought out kiosk placement for easy ordering where you can pay with card or just place order then pay at counter, completely your choice. Staff is well dressed in uniforms and pleasantly courteous.

Should advertise you don’t participate in monopoly if multiple meals don’t come with stickers. Feels suspicious if you ask me. This has happened twice from your location. No issue with any other location.
