I’ll start by saying that the bacon cheese bread and the cauliflower crust BBQ chicken were really good. However, the service was terrible during the pickup and whatever this “red top” pizza is (pictured) was absolutely unappealing. For a first time customer ordering a specialty pizza I was sure disappointed. Where is the Detroit style crispy crust? Oh, it’s the piece that fell off in the corner. Also not sure why the bottom is flaking…maybe not cooked enough?
Also I know I came in a few minutes before my pizza was ready, but at least greet me. I stood in your lobby for 10 minutes and four other people showed up before anyone came out to greet us. And even then she was not very friendly. Didn’t even get a thank you which is sad for the amount we spent. Probably won’t be back…

Very disappointing I’m not usually the one picking the food up, but this time I went in to get it and instead of someone saying hello or something of that nature, a girl just looked at me and said name I thought it was very rude along with the fact that every time I order an Italian beef pizza, they never put any Italian beef on it but yet we spend like $50 or more The food is amazing. I think it’s one of the best places in Kenosha but the service today being the only day that I went, there was horrible on top of the fact of being disappointed about the food. Every time I order the pizza everything else that I order comes perfect But the pizza. Has barely any meat and barely any cheese I’m very disappointed. get again another disappointment so sad. The service was so good when I first moved to Kenosha.

I ordered from Valeo’s in Sept 2023. I was sent a survey about my visit and mentioned how we ordered extra sauce on the pizza, but it was very dry. I don’t have a problem paying for extra sauce, which I did in this case, but please, put it on the pizza. I gave them my honest opinion of their dry pizza, but no one reached out to me. I decided to not give them my business for a while. Fast forward to May 13th 2025. I decided to try it again. Big mistake. Ordered two pizzas and one was okay. Didn’t have the extra sauce, but at least it was not burned. The cheese/half sausage was very dark, dry (no extra sauce as requested). I couldn’t believe someone actually put it in a box. My husband picked up the pizza at the requested time (ended up waiting about 10 – 15 minutes after that time) and when we opened the box at home I couldn’t believe it. It was so dry looking and burned. Normally a cut pizza will be cheesy, gooey and almost like it wasn’t cut. These pieces didn’t even stick together as you will see in the image. During the ordering process online you have the option of how you want your pizza cooked and one option was “not brown” which is the option we selected. It really ruined our night as we couldn’t eat together because one pizza was inedible. I told my husband to eat the acceptable pizza while I called Valeo’s and told them I was bringing the burned one back. There wasn’t a manager on duty, but a lead. The lead said not to bring the pizza back and asked if I wanted to get another pizza at a later date. I asked her to remake it the way we ordered it (not brown and extra sauce) and we would come back. When we arrived the pizza wasn’t quite ready, but I showed the lead the pictures of the pizza and she commented that she would have not boxed it if she had made it and that the oven timing was off. I don’t think we ever really received an apology, just her saying “I’m glad we could get it right for you” and one of the kitchen staff that was cutting pizza in the back just glared at us like we were the ones in the wrong. The remake pizza was acceptable. Still dry, but at least not burned. My husband told the lead on our way out that if they want our business again she should have the owner/manager call us. It is a week later and no one has reached out.

Ordered a xl deluxe thin crust pizza. Ordered ahead for 8 pm. Pizza came an hour early (Thank God someone was home!) Pizza was hot, fully loaded with toppings, crust was nice and crispy. This is our 3rd time ordering and have never been disappointed. Driver was very friendly as well.

Ordered Takeout and all of the pizzas were so good!! It was our first time eating here and we’re definitely going to go again! No more Dominos or Pizza Hut for us.

We ordered a pizza at approximately 9pm after just getting home from vacation. We had it delivered and it got here incredibly fast! We were so happy to have a fresh hot pizza after coming back to this cold weather ! Fabulous service and wonderful food!

Valeos is a consistent go to for me. The pizza is always good, also enjoy their wings. Their customer service is great too, they are always willing to make things right on the off chance something is off with your order. Tonight I ordered the spicy double beef. Excellent.

Though I knew the prices when I bought a large pizza and 16 boneless wings I was kinda surprised to find out how lackluster the meal was for something so simple. First off, $45 to eat food that didn’t have any quality or much flavor to it sucked. Secondly, the boneless wings weren’t even tossed in the buffalo sauce. Just lightly poured over them. Very lazy(and pricey) for something so easy to do. The pizza itself was meh. Again $45 for this is crazy. I know this isn’t everyone’s experience and maybe the food is good for other people. For me and the people that ate it we felt gypped. I don’t eat out often but when I do I feel like places like this are coming up short on a consistent basis. A lot of money for nothing special.
