She said you can come inside and talk to a manager if you want, but she couldn’t honor the order and canceled it. I just left. Terrible service and lousy way to treat a customer in my opinion. Won’t be doing that again.
If I could rate nothing I would, but….
So, I ordered a 2 for 4 MicMuffin, for those whom don’t know the menue that is 2 sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwiches on a muffin. I also asked for added bacon and for the bun to be toasted just a bit longer (I like crispy edges on my muffin). Ordered one OJ and hash brown as well.
Fortunately when I got there I was alone so for once this drive thru didn’t tak the standard 20 to 30 mins to just get to the window. The gentleman at the window where I paided was kind and polite. The next window had a woman whom just sort of shoved my food at me.
No biggie I have the goods, I’m golden more than happy to drove away. I parked in the parking lot and grabbed my first sandwich and I can already smell the sandwich is burnt. When I opened it it was as hard as a brick and as black as charcoal. Grabbed my other sandwich to be met with the same issue plus the tag along of hair in it.
Irritated at the thought that anyone would ask for this sort of meal when they said a “bit” extra toasting, plus the extra topping, needless to say I went back and inside to speak with someone.
The gal at the counter was pleasant and sweet as I proceeded to just unwrap one sandwich, to wich even SHE clearly knew no human would wish to consume this charcoal concoction. But she’s, not in charge, so she grabs the GM.
An other woman comes out looks at my sandwich as I explain the situation then looks at me and says “Yes, you wanted the extra extra extra well done.”
Stunned bemused silence as I look at her dumbfounded for a moment before clarifying what I’d said to the gentleman when I took my order. She looks at me for a moment and I can already tell she fully expects me to just take the MicKrugers and go but with all irritation on her face she punches in a new order. Leaving without another word.
I watch her go over and show another lady on the line my sandwiches before loading exclaiming that I didn’t want them this way….
Sorry I’m not able to bite through stone nor want Ash in my mouth… ♀️ silly me.
After a brief moment the GM hands me my new bag without anything beyond a glare and I take my leave.
Getting into the car and pulling away this time as there was some strange men in the parking lot, and I just wanted to eat I peace.
You’d think that was the end but…sadly i cant say that. While my sandwiches this time where not burnt beyond consumption they where entirely wrong.
The first sandwiche didn’t have bacon but had and extra sausage patty.
The second sandwich had bacon but had no egg.
The sandwich I wanted: sausage, egg, cheese, added bacon with a bit more toating.
The sandwiches I got:
– MicKrugers x2
– sausage, egg, cheese, more sausage (no bacon)
– sausage, cheese, bacon (no egg)
4 sandwiches later and I still don’t get one the way I’d asked, ordered or paid for.
The cherry on top…my hasbrown was still frozen mid way.
I have no clue what is wrong with this particular location here in Rock Springs. The wait time is ungodly and unbefiting for a “Fast Food Restaurant” I rarely ever get my food before a 30min wait and it’s always luke warm.
The staff (beyond a small few) are rude, and unfriendly.
And there is always something wrong when I come here. Weather it’s something completely done wrong with my order, the wrong order or just forgetting the extra sauce I now have to pay for, it’s always something. This place need serious retraining, that and the standards and values This company hold altogether as so far from reality it’s beyond comprehension they’d care to fix anything at all.
Do yourself a favor….go to Wendy’s.
Unless you want the MicKruger.
I recently ate at McDonald’s and left a bit disappointed. The food was okay, but it’s clear that changes have been made to the ingredients and portion sizes. The sandwiches are noticeably smaller, and the taste isn’t the same as it used to be. What’s frustrating is that while prices have gone up, the quality has gone down. If anything, raising prices should mean keeping food quality consistent or improving it—not cutting corners. Even the drinks seem smaller while the cost continues to rise. McDonald’s food just isn’t what it used to be, and it’s hard to justify the value anymore.
