I recently went and the food was really good!! I had the milanesa de pollo!! The chicken breadt was a big portion served with rice and beans and a salad an 4 corn or flour tortillas! I enjoyed it .Cooked to perfection . I will say that the jalapeños in Richmond Hill have much larger portions and better customer service than the jalapeños in pooler. The size is smaller in the restaurant side but, they have a large outside seating area as well. I had a nice experience. The food came fast as well.

The Zombie Tacos were delicious. The greeter was sweet. And the waitress offered me a water for the road. Awesome place. I stopped here to eat because Im driving from Tampa to NJ. Awesome surprise

Went to a late lunch in the middle of the week. We sat outside because it wss nice. As soon as we enteref we were greeted by 3 staff members. The waiter was extra through and made sure our daughters order had no dairy. At her request they brought out a second order quickly. Our drinks were always full and the staff was very attentive. The enviroment was calm and relaxed and the food was very delicious.

We had a very late lunch, so it wasn’t very busy with about 5 tables taken. We had Mojarra, shrimp tacos, and a kid’s tenders meal. Everything tasted amazing. Go try that whole fried tilapia – it’s amazing!

DO NOT order to go. Orders were all messed up and very poorly packed, leaking. The fish was just wrapped in aluminum foil.

The food was delicious and very well seasoned. We hadn’t eaten here in over a year and I’m not sure why . My only gripe is the quesadillas are a bit small. Sort of reminds me of an oversized taco. But a very delicious oversized taco . Will eat here again

Waitress was good. Chips were warm and salsa was tasty! The fried beef empanadas were crispy and brown on the outside…BUT the beef filling was COLD. Not pleasant to bite into at all! Probably frozen instead of fresh I suppose. Chicken taco salad was simply OK. The shredded beef burrito was very DISAPPOINTING. The filling was MOSTLY mushy mashed beans and the small amount of shredded beef was VERY stringy and fatty…nasty to chew…not worth the price paid…at all. Hopefully it improves!

I just ordered dinner fajitas and received this. This is a portion for lunch fajitas not dinner. Rice and beans were put in the same container instead of separate. Tried to call restaurant but no answer.

It was my first time there, and staff seemed a little stand offish. Trying to flag down people became a real thing multiple times.

So I am in a restaurant called jalapenos and I order Fajitas Jalapenos.
Guess what ingredient wasn’t in the dish called Fajitas Jalapenos?
Nobody offered to bring me hot sauces or any appetizers or side dishes. No limes or any pico de gallo or Gaucamole.
Nope.
Tomatoes on the rice and been plate had gone bad. I guess no one in the kitchen tastes stuff?
The ingredients were just dumped on the plates. There was no presentation value it was like eating at a cafeteria. The food on the skillet was only steak and mushrooms and maybe an odd piece of onion. Steak pieces were way too big. Multiple pieces had to re cut several times. The problem was that all I had was a butter knife.

They were nice enough to cook me up some fresh jalapenos to add after the fact, which I was charged a la cart.

The salsa was done nicely. It was thick enough to pass the chip test and spiced perfectly.
The chips were a bit stale but still edible.
I did receive 1 re fill on the softdrink.

The interior had a couple of feature walls, but otherwise, it was a cold, bland experience.
I’m definitely not impressed and think I would look for another place to try out if I am ever in the area.
Menu needs to be more organized.
You are given 3 different laminated sheets.
They need to work on branding. Restaurant logo is not anywhere to be found throughout the seating area or really anyplace you might expect to see it.

Sorry, I really had high expectations and left with a mediocre experience at best and very depressed.
