Triple check your to go order. May need to even open it and cut it apart to see if you got what you ordered. This receipt clearly says guacamole but as you can see there is none in the burrito. Glad I paid for something I didn’t get.

Absolutely the worst chipotle we’ve ever been to. The facility was dirty from the work surface to the cash register area to the soda machine to the lobby. The server had a total attitude of not wanting to be there…. From not speaking loud enough to not listening to what the customer was asking for and all done with absolutely no eye contact. She made our order to go when we said we wanted it for there. We ordered two drinks. She didn’t give us our 2 cups nor did she charge us for the two drinks. As we dined in, we watched this happen customer after customer. Both the steak and chicken were fatty and not edible. We left without finishing. We will not be returning.

Ordered thru UberEats. Super small portions. If the bowl doesn’t actually come with queso and guac then those items shouldn’t be in the description. If it does, then you should probably train your employees better. Not worth it and still hungry. Thx

i went in around 940pm there open til 11 no queso no rice, there were male staff in the corner talking to girls, customers the lady that helped me was nice but again you had to wait for everything as they were out. went to another chipotle same senerio out of all there items. as well. I ended up leaving both with no dinner I went somewhere else.

I’ve seen a lot of negative reviews for this location due to service, but went anyway because I was craving Chipotle. They weren’t too busy but it was like 7:30, presumably just around after the normal dinner rush ended. As I got in, they had just run out of both chicken and white rice. The people working the line let us know that it would be like 5 minutes and I chose to wait. While waiting, I watched everyone in that chipotle work efficiently to help those that didn’t want chicken or white rice while preparing those two ingredients swiftly. It was less than 5 minutes before the chicken was fully cooked (and cooked well), chopped up, and available again on the line. Then the nice man who told me that chicken wasn’t available remembered that I had been first of the people waiting and helped me swiftly to get my burrito and bowl. Everyone was kind and used general manners. The portions were good and I enjoyed the food. I think it’s important to remember that people are more likely to leave a negative review if they had a negative experience than the countless people who have likely received a good experience but didn’t leave a review. At the end of the day, we’re all people doing our best and deserve some grace.

Horrible service! My bf went to pick up our mobile order I ordered 3 extra chip bags the lady said they have no more chips so my bf asked if they have any substitutions since we paid for it and she said no he asked what could be done and she said “you’ll have to figure it out” and when he asked for chipotle sauce she said no not even offering any solutions at all obviously hating her job and when he got home my sons combo didn’t even have any meat just beans and rice

Went into this establishment after a long day of work. Staff was rude. Charged me for extra sauces that they didn’t even put in the bag. Asked for a receipt they had an attitude. Everyone was in the kitchen playing around and cursing behind the register. Very immature staff that serve. They didn’t even give proper portions and had an attitude when you ask for a little more like WHAT????? At this point you’re better off making a bowl at home. Save yourself the disrespect and disappointment. You guys need to clear the house and hire better people. MATURE PEOPLE. VERY SUCKY EXPERIENCE!!!

They are stingy with the protein, you pay for toppings not protein. People behind the counter are dry and unfriendly. Like most big chain places that have been around for decades, the prices go up while the quality keeps going down. For the cost, it’s best to go to a real Mexican restaurant. Do not come here at 10:24 at night you’ll receive the worst service ever by a young lady named Damon I believe. I walk in and she immediately rolls her eyes at me. Then asks me what I want and never looks at me and keeps looking away from me in disgust. I’m not trying to be a Karen , I don’t ever write reviews , but when the customer service is this poor I have no choice. I literally only came in for chicken, rice and a cheese bowl. Took her literally a minute to make my order and ring it up. Not sure why she acted like it was the end of the world. Let’s be a little more professional next time young lady.

They were not messing around today! I’m normally a burrito girly, but today I got a bowl and I was so surprised when I got home and saw the portion! My bowl is very much packed to the brim. You can tell they even had to squish it a lil so the lid could fit. Very happy!
