One of the reasons I stopped eating at IHOP was because of cleanliness. Eating in a dirty (food left over sitting on tables, food on floor, etc) really made me sick. Upon my sons insistence, I returned. I was impressed! The service was impeccable, staff highly attentive, and my biggest criteria, cleanliness WAS IMPECABLE. This location is very nicely ruined , restaurant super clean, and staff was WONDERFUL.

I had an amazing experience at IHOP in Framingham! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, clean, and upbeat. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without us even having to ask.
The food came out fresh, hot, and exactly how we ordered it. The pancakes were fluffy, the eggs were cooked perfectly, and everything tasted great. You can tell the kitchen takes pride in what they serve.
What really stood out was the service. Our server was professional, quick, and genuinely kind. Even though the restaurant was busy, everything ran smoothly and efficiently.
It’s not easy to find a place that consistently delivers on food, service, and atmosphere — but this IHOP does it right. Highly recommend whether you’re stopping in for breakfast, brunch, or dinner.

Today I was disappointed to make the parallel between tip workers and the forgotten institution of Slavery so alive today it makes plantations attrocities pale. I didn’t realise $6•○●something hourly rate is the reason I must coPAY for my overpriced questionable healthy choice fast food reckless and poorly timed sitdown meal that soon became a sitdown on cost of living discrepancies and social exploitation. I won’t hope or hop into any restaurant for the next year nor vote yes on any future referendum

came for the free pancake promotion .. and had to take them to go service took so so long (literally 40 min to get us pancakes ??) and we watched the tables around us who were seated later get their food first. eggs benedict was still fire, but we couldn’t even properly enjoy it because we had to go 🙁

Update: We visited same location on Marathon Monday and staff was wonderful. Server was very friendly and kind, and I saw 2 more servers around. Food was great, omelette were huge for one portion (easy to share one order) and pancakes were soft and delicious.
They need to hire more staff. Staff is friendly, but they barely have any time because it’s usually only two of them, one out front taking orders and one in the kitchen. It’s okay food if you’re craving pancakes or egg at midnight.

If you don’t have anyone to work the front counter. I’ll gladly take the job. This is 3rd time this week I’ve had to come in and wait atleast 20 minutes before even being acknowledged. My mobile order just sitting at the register. Then someone finally comes and takes it to the back and I have to wait another 15 minutes for my order to be made so Again I’m so serious. I will take the position clearly you need the help.

Food was good. We were bit surprised to when did ihop chain turn into premium fine dining restaurant.. we would have been better off with local diner instead.. Atleast visit is worth the realization.. hence, 3 stars..
Omelette felt like skinny than compared to local diners we have been to.. everything is soo expensive at ihop.. to get full omelette, cheese, hash, toast and jelly would be about $20.. local diners are definitely about $12-$14..

IHOP! I think this place is so great! Service is really nice, place was clean and the food is always good. Highly recommend to order the Pancakes here . The closing time is Midnight everyday better you get there before they close.
We can get Large, delicious pancakes: strawberry, blueberry, banana and more. All the traditional breakfast foods as well. The service is excellent. I enjoyed the peach tea too.

Food was not very hot, but it was fresh and on clean plates along with clean silverware.
For what we could see, there was only one other table, not sure if they were customers or employees. They were pretty loud.

It’s an IHOP like any other. The food is what you expect. I found the hash browns a little underwhelming and the bacon rather thin, but the ham steak and pancakes were both enjoyable, and the chocolate milk was tasty. It was dead silent when we went at 4:30 PM, but the wait staff was very friendly and accommodating.
