This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to! I ordered a GRILLED CHEESE BURRITO… emphasis on GRILLED CHEESE… I got a sad sorry excuse of a burrito! No GRILLED CHEESE on the outside of it! Besides the burrito incident.. they never make food properly, meaning corporate standards! Steak in my bowl, yeah probably had been sitting there well over its carry over time! When you get a gelatin like consistency in your steak it’s old! Broken shells and dry cantina chicken! HI worked and managed a Taco Bell for 10 years, My mother still a GM at one in California! Tried numerous times to reach out to corporate.. never an answer nor response! Let me share a few pictures of this locations food to let it speak for itself! Come on corporate! Where are your core auditors? Maybe bring back secret shoppers!

I ordered 2 crunchy tacos & 2 bean burritos. Both burritos were smaller than the tacos-a first for me, when I brought it to their attention, Tracie stated it was how they’re wrapped! In 50+ years of eating at Taco Bell, I’ve NEVER had a burrito smaller than a taco. No offer to remake them which would have made me happy, I had to then ask for a refund-terrible customer service. Tracie acted as if I was a problem. WOW

Idk what’s going on here, they are straight up incompetent and can barely make the food correctly. They skimp on everything. Make sure to check you have all your items and expect a higher than usual wait time!

This Bell has it together. First, the staff is extremely polite, helpful and they and they answer your questions. The food is Taco Bell as normal but the location is always clean and well maintained. The service is very quick and they are friendly when they deliver the food. For fast food I have never had it so easy. They knock it out of the park.

The past 3 times I’ve tried to order the elderly lady with the headset sings, screams, and curses. The last 2 times, it was slow, but today it was lunchtime rushhour and she behaved the same way. I feel sorry for her coworkers, no one should have to work around someone like that.

I understand that it’s labor day weekend and everyone is busy, but they hardly had a crew here and had everyone focusing on drive thru with hardly anyone focusing on food for inside customers. It took almost 20 minutes for me to get my order. I finished my order at 11:13am and got it at 11:30am. They almost forgot my iced coffee and had to remind them, and my fountain drink. I also ordered 2 packs of cinnabon delights, but got 2 cinnatwists instead. I didn’t feel like waiting for another 20 minutes to get them. Poorly managed and no sense of urgency from any of the crew. Probably will not be coming back here….

Nothing wrong. Nothing amazing. But I didn’t get sick. More than I can say for other restaurants here. There is no long john silvers. Don’t know why google uses that photo.
