I placed a mobile order at 10:15 am and got to the store at 10:35. They said I had to cancel my order because they didn’t have breakfast anymore. They could’ve either had the order ready already or just fulfilled the order since it was only 5 minutes past breakfast.

Food was cold, I was missing items, and had to go back to the store after getting home to find my filet of fish had ketchup on it! This location always screws something up. At least the staff that were on duty were nice and fixed the problem without giving attitude, which is the normal reaction you get when you complain about the food.

This is hands down the slowest “fast food” place I’ve ever experienced. I genuinely don’t know how they can be taking 20+ minutes PER CAR. I would’ve left sooner, but their drive through is set up where once you’re in you can’t get out when another car pulls behind you. So unfortunately we had to wait for the cars in front of us to be done and an hour of our time was wasted.

I walked in and the first thing I see is the manager eating from the French fries . Would never eat here. Again, and when telling another employee old lady that was mopping the floor, she said it’s okay because she needs to try the fries to make sure they are good.

5 stars for the staff!! My friends and I visited on 7/31 late at night after a concert and the staff was SO KIND!! They were so accommodating and helped us out in a jam. I believe the managers name that night was Josh and another employee Talisa! They were amazing and so kind. Food was great as always too!

I’m from Canada, stopped in for a McFlurry, I have to say, me and my bf commented right away in the cleanliness of this Mc Donald’s. And just before we left a girl named “ICE” came to check that we received good service. Kudos to her! A hard working young girl. Great service, clean building

Stopped at McDonalds to get the limited time only Chicken Big Mac. It was interesting. The best way to describe it was like have 2 really big chicken nuggets, breading, and of course the Big Mac secret sauce. It wasn’t bad, but I think one is enough.

Food is the same as all mcdonalds but warmer. Most of the staff get 5 stars but wait time is a -5 star every once and a while its quick but not all the time.
