Food looks, feels and tastes like it was microwaved. Food was poorly packaged for delivery.
Egg rolls were disgusting and sitting in a half inch of grease.
Worse, this has to be the only Chinese restaurant I’ve ever known where rice doesn’t come with the entree. Called and was told it said this on the menu.Maybe it does, but not in the app.I know it’s possible to show this on the app and it does not say this on Grub-Hub app when ordering an entree.

Let’s start with the bar staff. Jason and Teddie. The best on Cape Cod without question. They always greet you as long time family members. I only eat Sushi and I’ve eaten at every Sushi re6on the Cape. There is no better place than the Bamboo. Every roll is perfectly prepared and they have a wonderful and creative array. Try the Kobe beef roll, unbelievable Always end up ordering two, given how great they are. The prices are terrific, the service is phenomenal and restaurant is exceptionally clean!!

When I looked at past reviews saw that this happen before. My girlfriend bit into a staple inside her crab Rangoon. This was also around her little nephews and nieces. If they ate a staple that had both ends open they could have been seriously hurt internally. Figure this out. I wanted to like this place but to not learn from simple but dangerous past mistakes is so careless.

Learn how to treat customers and anyone that walk into the restaurant including dasher. This lady is extremely rude . This is not my 1st experience with this same lady. She fails to realize in the winter 100% of the customers are local residence . Which the owner depends on . The owner is amazing and very nice . But something should be done about the way people are talk to

My daughter and I finished a late game of mini-golf and the restaurant we were going to go to had closed for the evening. I am so glad that it did! Started with the Hot and Sour Soup. The flavors were great and it had a nice kick. We then ordered their version of a PuPu platter. I think they call it the BoBo platter. The food was cooked perfect. It had spring rolls instead of egg rolls. I’m an egg roll fan but these are delicious. The shrimp were cooked in a modern style with panko, also delicious. Everything on the platter was great! For our entrée we got Shrimp with Lobster Sauce and Pork Fried Rice. I’m very picky about my Shrimp with Lobster Sauce. The Shrimp were large and perfectly cooked. The Lobster Sauce was delicious! No complaints about the Pork Fried Rice! We like to visit the cape and eat a lot of seafood. This will be our place for the non-seafood nights. If you are traveling from outside New England. Do yourself a favor and try New England Chinese Food!

Bamboo is an old-time favorite. We had an early dinner, and as always, we enjoyed the food and the drinks. Menu was huge, plenty of options. We had multiple questions. Unfortunately, our server had to go back and forth to the kitchen to answer them, but overall service was ok. Sushi was delicious – fresh , just perfect. Duck was great. I fall in love with their pistachios martini. Overall, it was a great experience.

The salad was fresh and crisp. Loved the dressing. My Entree was Tempora Shrimp and Vegetables. Shrimp wasn’t hot. Vegetables were very hit. Served with white rice. Hot.i would recommend Bamboo Hyannis

Not bad really, it’s a decent restaurant for Chinese. Quite large, very well run and very clean. Food isn’t amazing but it isn’t bad. We’ve had better and we’ve had worse. (It’s hands down way better than Tiki Port – don’t go there!!)
Sunday they offer a buffet. Again it’s good, but very small compared to most Asian buffets we have been to (off the Cape) and quite expensive considering it’s limited offerings. But everything was very fresh and good. The only thing we didn’t like at all is their fried rice. We ordered and paid for it separately off the regular menu (with our buffet orders) thinking it would be better… but sadly that was terrible, did not finish it or take away. We love fried rice and order that everywhere we dine for Asian food, just saying.

Whenever we are vacationing in Cape Cod we always stop here on the way home, one of my favorite Asian restaurants. Period. The food is always amazing I love their sushi and Peking duck dishes. Also the fish in their fish tank are cute. When in Cape Cod it’s a must to come here!
