Ordered the cheesy bacon stack, which is a bacon cheeseburger on Texas toast. I ended up adding a tomato to it. They gave me a plain chicken sandwich instead. Extremely dissatisfied seeing as I didn’t open my food till I got home. Also my vanilla dr pepper was just vanilla basically.

Maybe if you cared more about getting the orders right then going out across the parking lot into the grass to abuse homeless animals you would have a better business! I think you need to have Dept of health come and inspect your facility!

It took 30 minutes to get an order of popcorn chicken and it was brought out ice cold after the long wait! & only a few pieces were chicken over half the order was hard batter crumbs. :/ Terrible experience, do better London Sonic!

When you get home and have to add cheese to your chili cheese tots and the burger was suppose to have everything no tomato and had to add your own lettuce and wish it had pickles on it. They seriously cannot get anything right at this location!

This Sonic is always slow and frequently messes up orders. If the only thing you order is drinks then it might be ok.
I ordered dinner for my family which was three burger and a chicken dinner. The burger were passable but my chicken came out almost burnt and completely dried out. The toast was charred and no onion ring.
Not sure what the constant issues are at this location but, from now on I’ll drive the extra few miles to Corbin.

Every time I come I say I’m not going back but yet I try it again after a while because I love Sonic elsewhere. No one responds at the drive thru or the pull ins for several minutes with only a couple customers do it wasn’t busy. Screens don’t work and speakers are barely audible. Food is edible. Food was cold more than once. Coffee was cold as in not even warm once also. Waitress was friendly.
