I would say 3.5 stars for food.
This sushi train was pretty quiet oil ordered two dishes the wait was guilt long. It had a lot of rice so quite filling.

The chicken katsu plate on the menu vs what I received was very different. The “salad” was just one sad piece of lettuce with dressing on it.

Absolutely love this place! Fresh, tasty sushi with such a good variety on the belt — everything from classic salmon rolls to fun fusion options. The staff are always so friendly and the vibe is super relaxed. It’s one of those spots where you can just sit back, snack on your favourites, and try something new each time. Always consistent, always satisfying. A go-to sushi spot for sure!

An great Japanese Dining Experience
I recently had the pleasure of dining here and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a beautifully designed interior that perfectly captured the essence of Japan.
The sushi was incredibly fresh, and the balance of flavors in each bite was simply exquisite.
The service was exceptional as well. The staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed !!!

It got us out of a pickle for lunch.
I wasn’t impressed with already prepared plates stacked 3 high in the food preparation area. Maybe they were expecting to get hammered, but with the sushi plates already prepared and sitting out waiting to be added to the train it was very poor food safety and practice. Prepping that far in advance was a bit over the top. I have never seen this practice before in other sushi train restaurants. They usually prep fresh as dishes as they are eaten.
Also, for the price you pay per plate, please invest in new food covers that you can actually see the food through. Some covers were ok, but some you could hardly make out what was underneath the cover. Being able to see the dish makes it more appetising to the eyes.
I got sick of having to lift Perspex/plastic lids to clearly see the sushi dish on the plates.
The food was tasty, but the place felt cluttered and needs a good tidy up and less hand written signs.

Its a small shop but can accomodate at least 15 person’s in one sitting.
It’s straightforward and delicious sushis, takoyaki, soups, sashimis and more
It’s definitely value for money
The staff are attentive and friendly

Our dinner here was amazing. The selection was a good variety. We enjoyed the Scallop the most. The prices of the plates is tad expensive from what I’m used to, though reasonable as the quality was great & fresh. From being spoiled from all the sushi train choices we have in Sydney, Sushi Revolution makes the Top 5!

Our dinner looked and tasted amazing!! Decided to dine in my partner hasnt mastered the art of using chopsticks. He was given wooden fork to eat with.
Asked to sit up the back of restaurant know one was dinning there to be told know. Was sat next to the waiters station and all the staff and customers have to shimmer past you.
