Have you ever cried over a chicken salad sandwich? I almost did. I came here craving pizza, but once I was handed a menu that changed. The selection was tremendous, and I decided wow a chicken salad croissant sandwich with a side of fries and possibly a connoli, would be much better. I don’t regret my decision. There was so much salad it was falling out of the sides of the buttery croissant. I felt like I had found the next viral tiktok sandwich, if the right influencers came along, it would be. It was delicious. Carefully made, juicy, and very large. It made me so entirely happy, that I knew I had to leave a 5 star Google review immediately. The service was a 10/10 by a waitress who’s never eaten chicken salad, but most DEFINATELY should. She kept my coca-cola topped off, and continuely brought me napkins for the most fun messy sandwich in Tullahoma. Chefs kiss to the sandwich maker❤️

This place use to be top notch, now I would say that it’s more like about the same level as fast food. I got a alfredo pasta. I get this because its easier on my stomach due to not being very greasy. When I got my pasta it was the greasiest pasta I’ve ever seen. It had me up all night hurting in my stomach because of the over excessive grease amount. I will not be back to gondolas unless it goes back to the quality of service and food they use to have. Who ever took over is doing a terrible job. I will rather and will go to fazolis instead from now on due to their pasta meals don’t make me sick to my stomach. Our bill was $145 it would be nice if the quality could reflect that price but honestly it wasn’t even worth half of that. I am 100% unsatisfied and my family, friends and anyone else I talk to. Gondolas will not be recommended at all. I will recommend fazolis before I even think about this terrible place.

Server,was spot on. However I never got to eat my food with my family. Everyone of got cold food. I was served salad as Everyone was leaving. Went to cash and they had nerve to ask how was Everything. I laughed and said I never got to eat my dinner, because it was sitting behind her on the shelf cold. She gave me 20% off. However I did pay my bill ,and threw the food in trash on my way out. If you have a family event dont come here.!

We had reservations 12-20-25 at 3:00 for our church Christmas party in their back room and when we got there the room was very cold and we asked the lady that seated us to turn up the heat some. She was very nice to do so and said our server would be right with us. When she came in she started yelling at us about the heat being on and said she was not working in the room with it being on and turned it off. I asked her not to do that because I was very cold and several members of our church are elderly and was cold also. That made her very angry and said I’m not working in here with the heat on and told us not to touch it. After she turned it off it started getting really cold and l asked her again to turn it back on she and she refused again. So we asked to see the manager and when he came in he turned it up so we could get warm and she started yelling at him for turning it on and said she refused to wait on us.which was fine with me. At least we got warm. Another server took her place and she was very nice and took very good care of our group. I think that will be my last time there and the last time we will take our church group there also. I have never been treated like that in a restaurant before. It was a very unpleasant experience.

Seevice was good , pizza was great , tater skins excellent , and the chocolate torte was huge and delicious . Would be five star if not for the lasania . It was basicaly just tomato sause and flat noodles . They might need to find some Ricotta cheese , not a horrible tasting just not lasnia .

We absolutely love Gondola!! It’s a must every week and alot of times more than once! The pizza is amazing and we’ve actually never had anything from there that wasn’t delicious! The people are so friendly and welcoming as well! Definitely recommend!

Feb. 17, 2026: I enjoyed the Greek chicken and a Greek salad. The food has such a wonderful, rich taste. I took a piece of baklava home to enjoy later. The waitress was friendly and attentive. 12/30/2025: Spinach pie, which is spinach in a light, flaky pastry. It comes with a small salad. It’s my favorite entrée, followed by their pizzas. The servers are friendly and helpful. 3/16/2024: Spinach pie and tossed salad with lots of feta cheese crumbles – delicious. Followed by chocolate torte that the waitress had heated for me. If you love dark chocolate, this is for you. It’s sublimely wonderful.
8/24/2023: I enjoyed the pineapple/ham pizza with cauliflower crust. Update of August 18, 2023: I enjoyed a wonderful meal of House spaghetti. The spaghetti and meat sauce was great with lots of onions and green pepper. I had a delicious baklava for dessert. July 2022:The pastisio (Greek lasagna) was wonderful this evening. I ate one fourth and took the rest home for 3 more meals. Service was friendly and great. Our Lions Club members always enjoy our gathering here to eat.
