I’m honestly tired of the Krystal’s on Sycamore View. Every time I pull up there — and it’s not often, maybe once in a blue moon — the experience is always disappointing. Tonight I came around 7 p.m. (not even late), and they still didn’t have the food ready.
I asked what the wait time was because I wasn’t trying to sit around forever, and the manager told me, “Oh, it won’t take but a few minutes.” Next thing I know, she makes me pull forward and wait anyway. I paid $13 for a meal and didn’t even get my drink at first. When I asked about it, she acted like I was bothering her, went inside, and didn’t come back out for over a minute — just to bring a drink!
It’s like the staff gets offended when you simply ask questions or expect your food to come out quickly. That’s what fast food is supposed to be — fast! The service and management here seriously need improvement. I won’t be coming back unless something changes, because the way they treat customers is ridiculous.

I have been feigning for a sackful and wings from Krystal’s since I moved away and they definitely made me sooo happy lol! The person that took my order was so energetic and cool in the drive thru. No onions on my krystals and they were delicious!! My wings were delicious and piping hot!!! I tried to call to give kudos but this will do lol. Thank y’all ❤️

On November 17th around 6 pm, I placed an order for two # 1 combos with cheese, one combo with extra pickle. I paid $21.71. There was only one car waiting in front of me, butI was told to pull into a parking space and wait for my fries to be done cooking. The order was brought out to me. I got home, no receipt. Neither of the orders had extra pickle as requested. The onions were brown in color and over cooked. The cheese was not fully melted. The burgers were lukewarm as well as the meat being pink in areas. The fries were lukewarm as well. I only live about 7 minutes away and none of this should have been the case. The entire order seemed like it was old food, none of it was fresh. I ate two of the burgers from one combo but ultimately decided to visit the restaurant where I was told there was no way to go into the system to get a refund, I definitely did not want it to be remade. A lady was leaving who I believe may have been a head manager when I placed my order, so I was unable to talk with her. I dumped the food at the nearest gas station garbage. I hope to not get sick. I should have checked the latest score from the TN Health Department before visiting this location. There is no latest score only the one from May 2025 of 87. I went against my better judgment to visit this location. Germantown Parkway was the better choice. I feel as though they gave me whatever food they had so they could take their smoke break which I observed being done as I was pulling out of the parking lot.
UPDATE: November 23rd -I was asked to contact customer care. I did the same day that I placed this Google review on November 17th and still have heard nothing back.

So pull up order two patty melts and two sweet teas, the lady said they had no sweet tea I said ok sprite is fine pay $26 and she tells me to pull forward and wait. There was no line nobody was there. Get the food and it was the worst patty melt I’ve ever had. Do not go to this place.

I went to Krystals because it had been a while since I’ve had it. However, I made my order and added cheese to my eight Krystals one fry and one onion ring. The cashier after getting to the window was courteous. Mind you I was the only customer in line. After getting my food, getting home and there were no cheese on my sandwiches. How disappointing after waiting for about six to eight minutes. I did pay for cheese after viewing my receipt. Although the cheese was left off they just didn’t taste the same. This location was the Sycamore View location. I will not be going again. Nothing is the same anymore.

Mrystal was once the best chili in Memphis. I just picked up a large chili for over $6.00 , took it home anticipating a good sandwich and great chili. To my surprise the chil is so salty and spicy it is not edible. Last trip to Krystal!!!

I waited five minutes for my breakfast, but what I couldn’t understand was why it wasn’t fresh. I will admit that I didn’t bother to check my order. I figured since I had to wait for so long, it would, without a doubt, be fresh. After all, I was the only one in line. I ordered the sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit with tator tots and a coke because I don’t drink coffee. May I add that this was my first time eating Krystals breakfast. It was absolutely awful, especially for the amount that I paid for it. Everything was cold, even the drink! I was very disappointed! The eggs were running, and tator tots tasted a day old. I couldn’t eat. It was too much to bear. I won’t be going back anytime soon, if ever.

And the poor customer service continues. Was at this location, against my better judgement, on Saturday night 3/27/2021. Chicks were supposed to be mustard & cheese only, instead they were slathered with mayo. And what, pray tell, was the intent putting chili cheese dogs on hard, unsteamed Krystal burger buns? I am absolutely blown away. Gonna tell you now,I will probably never visit this location again. Unfortunate.
This was by far the worst experience at this location. We ordered 6 chili cheese pups. Instead if regular Krystal pups, that are all beef, there was some mystery meat that looked like Vienna sausages. No one could confirm what kind of meat was in the hot fog. I’m allergic to pork and can’t eat just any old thing someone hands me. Especially when it looks like this.

Not the best parts of town, but that lady working the window at nights, is a real breath of fresh air, she is the MVP of that establishments is is there almost every night. She goes out of her way to make sure the customer is happy. The food is so so, but its Krystals thay lady though locked me in to coming back for sure though.
