Ok. I don’t like doing this cause I understand it is not everyone’s fault. But why is my burger like this? The burger meat ain’t even the right size and no sauces either. I also ordered large meal and I get the large pack of fries without being it served like a large pack of fries. Other than that the employees who attended me were nice, but who ever made and served the food were very unfair.

I work nearby here. Since Devan joined, the Hogansville McDonald’s has noticeably improved. His professionalism and genuine friendliness—even during busy times make a big difference and are truly appreciated as a customer.

A man was in the womens restroom when people were in there… Weird but whatever. We got 2 #9 meals which only came with three burgers in bag should come with 4. The burgers had no toppings such as pickles and onions. I love McDonald’s and this was a horrible experience. The people were so sweet tho but not so much the food.

I’ve been coming to this location off and on for three years. But, in the last 3-4 months I’ve been noticing a few things that need addressing. Firstly, the morning shift is AMAZING!! Their cheerful, kind, and pay extra attention to the little things. The food is fresh and delicious. Great eye contact and smiles. I wish I had gotten their names to give a proper shout out. However, and unfortunately, the middle to late shift is terrible in contrast to the first shift. The food is stale and old tasting, and customer service is horrendous. The people that do this shift treat customers like their bothering them, with zero eye contact. When I went inside one evening I noticed the girl at the fry station not using gloves when touching the fries. I also noticed they were playing music in the kitchen that had nothing to do with background music you’d normally hear at a restaurant, it was music being played by the employees themselves. I personally work in retail, and while I understand that people have valid feelings, and can be tired. You also have a job to do to make money and help customers feel welcomed. In short, your breakfest will be phenomenal!! but your lunch/dinner will be below average.

I had a very disappointing experience at McDonald’s – 311 E Main St today at approximately 6:40 PM on February 15, 2026.
There were three women working the front/drive-thru area, one of whom I assumed was a manager based on her shirt. Unfortunately, none of them displayed professionalism or management-level behavior toward myself or the four other customers present.
I was never properly acknowledged or helped in a timely manner. Another family ahead of me, who appeared to be Middle Eastern and spoke clear English, was treated dismissively. The staff acted as though they could not understand them, which was uncomfortable to witness. That family was also owed money back because the ice cream machine was down, yet the situation was not handled professionally.
After waiting for my order, I realized my fries were missing. I had to call back toward the window just to get someone’s attention. Instead of correcting the mistake politely, I was told I should use the mobile app — even though I ordered through the drive-thru. When the fries were finally handed to me, they were tossed toward me in a disrespectful manner.
mcdonald’s hogansville Overall, the customer service was unprofessional, dismissive, and disappointing. I left feeling disrespected, and based on what I observed, other customers did as well. We spend our hard earned money with McDonald’s not to be treated like trash McDonald’s allowing employees to treat customers differently because of their skin color is sickening I hope management addresses the lack of professionalism and customer care at this location. The 3 women working tonight need to be fired. The only one that was polite was the young boy at the drive through he was a little shy but i understand why if I had to work with monsters like that I wouldn’t talk much either

Traveling back home and stopped by this location on the way. Let me just say the customer service is awful. We ordered a hot mocha. We pay for the drink and at second window they tell us they are out of mocha. What else do we want. We ask for a refund and the lady told us to pull up. We refused to pull up until we could understand if she was giving us a refund or they decided to make one. She then got the manager who was just as rude a didn’t try to resolve the problem. The owner of this location needs to be aware of the people working this place. Awful customer service!! Do not visit this location

I live 5 minutes away and when I got home my fries were cold AND hard. Makes me wonder how long those fries were sitting out and not even under the heater. Be glad I can’t afford to sue.

If I could give zero stars I would..I come here alot.. like at least 3 or 4 times a week.. they can’t ever get the order out on time.. we have to pull up and wait.. then something ain’t right.. either the order is wrong or just missing the sauces.. but that’s not even the worse part..I go back in to get 2 Buffalo sauce and they say I gotta pay.. say what? I already ordered them why I gotta pay now.. talking about go get your receipt so I can see.. then I bring it back and nobody acknowledges me.. so I left.. ridiculous.. .. guess not a big deal to most but it really hit me the wrong way at the time.. but yeah no stars if I could
