So stupid. Their phones suck. They get orders wrong. They give you tiny portions on things. When I told them, they gave me free entrees which would be fine if it didn’t require me to spend an additional $10 per entree to use.

That’s not a comp that’s a buy 1 get 1.

For the love of God just put the money back on my card.

I was impressed how together and with it they were on my mobile app to-go order. I came in they asked my name, it was ready to go (sooner than expected) and they did a good job with the amount filled my bowl with.

I’ve been to other Chipotles where this was not the case. The staff would seem rushed and stressed, and annoyed if you asked for anything.

But here they were helpful and pleasant. I will definitely stop back at this location if I’m in the area

They messed up my order 2 times cause they were in a rush and not paying attention to what I was telling them I wanted. And one of the girls shoved the other one and messed it up again. I’m not sure what her deal was but I’m sure she was having a really bad day thats why I did not say anything. But I just thought that was not professional. I took my incorrectly served order out of pitty and gave it away. Went to buy something else to eat next door.

It doesn’t matter if you’re a regular paying customer, someone waiting in the line, needing an extra item, there could be five employees standing around you laughing and talking but you are completely nonexistent. That is this entire location. Every employee refuses to acknowledge their customers, are rude, even if you call out to them and try to get their attention they act as if you don’t exist. Someone in a managers shirt also did this. This location is BAD. They do not care about you or anything so I bet you the food is probably prepped just as miserably as their personalities are here. I thought chipotle had higher standards for the way they treated their customers let alone at least ACKNOWLEDGING US? The way I can stand there for 5 minutes calling out and asking for help and they just ignore me, stare at me like I’m an idiot, and I watch them do this to literally every single person that tries to get any kind of order done with them. Once I did finally get someone to acknowledge me the person that needed to hand off my order to me after the name was given, glanced up and had this stupid half smile on his face and continued to ignore me. THEN someone with the same name as the order I was picking up all the way in the back came up and said “did you call for me?” So there’s no way that the person less than 50ft from the lady that finally responded to me did not hear me. This behavior and entitlement from these employees is absolutely disgusting and I hope corporate comes in and can whip this place back into shape because it’s BAD.

Probably the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. Completely out of everything. We get in line it’s “no brown rice, no lettuce, no salsa, no queso ” I order my bowl the lady is slamming the spoons down meat juices flying everywhere. I get to the end with my side of quac that I’ve ALREADY paid for and oh by the way, we’re out of chips. Christ just close or offer a coupon for the inconvenience the line is 20 people deep and you have basically nothing, and the food you DO have looks dry.

I order chipotle all the time and this store keeps messing up my order. Today I ordered 3 soft tacos and received them kids meal style and deconstructed without even enough meat to fill the three tortillas and missing salsa. I always order online and have had no issues getting a refund until today. They say because I have had so many issues they can’t refund me. Tell your store to stop messing up. I always order on the mobile app. Very disappointing. I shouldn’t be penalized because your staff is messing up. Horrible customer service.

Updated: I reached out to this link/customer service before I posted this review. They were not helpful. Would much prefer a legit email address. All I want is a refund. I order chipotle often. 9 times already this year.

If I could give them a NEGATIVE 10 I would. This is the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to and honestly didn’t even know they aren’t held to certain standards.

They have a huge sign on the door for online orders only. Doors are LOCKED and the only way to enter is if a customer opens it from the inside which apparently Is how the others entered.

The manager Jessica is NOT helpful at all and has a IDC attitude and the inside is FILTHY! goodness knows what all under the register and the messy all over. I can’t even believe they would allow this type of franchise on their name

Wthout a doubt, the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. The place is always dirty, the employees are always standing around and looking at you with their mouths open. If 10 people are working that day, then only one is helping any customers. The rest a always conveniently preoccupied is j the back somewhere, or on their phones constantly.

I always forget how bad this place is until I walk in the door, stand there for 5 minutes waiting and then walk out, with no service at all.

Go any other location but this one.

2 weeks ago I went to this location which is different from the one I usually go to,I ordered online and they didn’t get my order right I specifically asked for no beans and they still added it. Not to mention the lady in front was being rude with an attitude. Overall this place is just dirty. Do not recommend this location !!!!

By Far Horrible! They Give You A Very Small Amount of Meat! Paid Extra & Still No Meat! That Wasn’t The Worst Part. The Young Lady Just Throws Tons Of Salsa On It. Put What She Wants On There. but When You Ask For Extra Sour Cream She Wants 2Put Alittle On The Burrito Order (2) & End Up Throwing Both Of Them Away! Not Friendly, No Good Customer Service, Needs More Training! WILL NEVER GO BACK!
