This was a very unpleasant visit. In the drive thru we gave very specific instructions. And they did the exact opposite. We ordered a number 1 meal medium with a sprite no pickles or onions and a number 3 with sprite1. The buns on my burger were so hard that my bf gave me one of his buns from his Big Mac so we wouldn’t have to drive back. 2. My burger didn’t have any toppings just cheese and meat. Not even no mustard or ketchup. 3. BOTH spriteS tasted like seltzer water 4. They gave us the wrong pies. We asked for 2 holiday pies and I guess they just gave what they had instead of telling us they either a. Didn’t have enough or b. Are sold out. Finally, the parking lot was super hectic due to the curbside pick up and delivery drivers which made it hard to maneuver as a drive thru customer. Definitely will NOT be back to this location. If I didn’t use cash I would have disputed the charge that’s how disappointed I am. Especially because there’s limited options due to the holiday

I ordered on DoorDash This is my 2nd issue the first one was my drink wasn’t correct now there’s cheese on my burger i am allergic to cheese I put on my order “No Cheese” | checked my food because I felt like something was wrong with it and the bun has cheese i can’t be around cheese at all this is unacceptable. And instead of replacing it they tried to scrap the cheese off like that would help someone who’s allergic this is a life or death situation

The customer service wasn’t that great it took too long to take the orders. It took too long to move the cars along as they supposed to be efficiently if you have if you have a fast food restaurant and a chain, you’re supposed to move the cars along quickly as possible so that the next person in there will have to wait and burn gas. I mean it took me almost 20 to 20 minutes just to pull upand then once I pulled up it took me just no five minutes cause I had to wait until the person take my order, I don’t know what they was doing.

Dear Management,

I’m writing to report an unpleasant experience I had at your drive-thru this evening, October 18, 2025, around 8:03 PM. There was one Black female employee who behaved very unprofessionally. She did not take orders through the speaker, so I waited several minutes. Then she told me to come to the first window to place my order. I politely mentioned that if the drive-thru speaker is not being used, it should be closed, but she interrupted me and asked, “What’s your order?” in a rude tone.

After I placed my order, she started playing an Indian song on her phone, dancing, and looking at us as if she was joking around. I was with my family, and her behavior felt disrespectful and inappropriate. She seemed to be trying to irritate us and was showing a very bad attitude.

When I gave her my credit card for payment, she took the card, processed the transaction, then held onto my card while searching for the song on her phone. Only after that did she return my card. This made me very uncomfortable.

I sincerely request that the management review the video footage from around that time to see what happened. I felt discriminated against and very disappointed by this employee’s unprofessional conduct.

Rude employees. Order took too long. Food I paid for was supposed to come to my table. The server purposely walked passed my table with my order. I had to go to the counter for the cashier to defend the server’s foolishness to say my order was called. Racism at it’s finest.

Horrible service 90% of the time and the food quality is a hit or miss. I lived near this place for about 10 years and it was not always this bad. They handed me a mcFlurry that was leaking everywhere and getting all over the place. It dripped all over the passenger floor mats then I finally got the persons attention to give me napkins. Safe to say it went straight into the trash. I’m done with this place.

I visited this McDonald’s in July 2023 and it wasn’t too bad back then. My second visit today has made me decide never to return. The place smelled awful and the service was terrible. The people acted like you were begging them a favor and not paying for your meals. I am not one who likes to post bad reviews. I always try to look for even one good thing to comment about but there was absolutely nothing this trip.
