Poor service requested a coffee with milk and French vanilla. Took a taste of the coffee after leaving the drive-through. They made it without any milk or the requested flavor. Return to the counter for a replacement. Management needs to take a look at your service.

Yesterday while traveling south on I95 I stopped at a Dunkin about 15 miles north of Walterboro. Ordered a DECAF iced coffee. 3 miles down the road after two sips, I realized it was not decaf – tasted different and the sticky tab didn’t say decaf. I was going to toss it but my husband insisted we stop at the next Dunkin. 3 young women were behind the counter. When I explained I’d been “caffeneited” they immediately offered to make me the correct drink. THAT’s brand service and THAT will keep me coming back to Dunkins everywhere.

Pulled up to the drive thru the employee asked what we’d like to order & we asked if she could give us a min to look at the menu & she replied yes. Then literally as my husband went to speak to tell her what we’d like. She replies “unfortunately we will be closing early tonight” With no reason or apology for asking what we’d like prior to that… this is not the first Terrible experience with this store. And truthfully the drive thru is the most awkward layout -behind the gas station. Needless to say we went across the street to Starbucks with a much more pleasant experience.

So,
after a long night of driving I needed a pick me up and something to eat, I pull up to this location before they actually opened @5 am and I waited patiently for about 45 mins for them to open and for my order to have a long brown hair in my mouth after one bite of the crossaint!! And if that was not enough the doughnuts must have been from the previous day because they were hard and stale, hash browns were not fully heated but I guess that’s what $18 gets you these days!! Definitely do not recommend anyone spending their money at this location.

Tried this branch for the first time while traveling back home to NY. Ordered iced vanilla latte and the espresso to milk ratio was absurd. I was told that I can get an extra shot of espresso with additional payment. I have been ordering the same drink since forever and have never had an issue till now. It’s ridiculous that regular patrons are not taken seriously when we try to point out how other branches over US are making the drink. Hope this review brings about the required change.

When you are traveling on the highway and need to stop, choosing a quick bite is usually based on name brand. We have several great Dunkin Donuts locations where we live so we are comfortable there. I realize that exit ramp restaurants can be subpar, but this one was the pits. The bathrooms were disgusting, the employees loud and obnoxious, except for the young man who took our order. The wait was 3x as long as normal, and the food was barely warm. My egg was undercooked, almost runny.

The sign says 2.00 cappadocia. I ordered that and a 2.00 dounut holes. My bill was over 6.00. When I asked why I was more than expected I was told that you have to be a perks member to get the coffee for 2.00. I feel like the sign should have said so. I may have ordered something different if I had known I was paying full price for the coffee. The service was ok. The most of the wholes were not fresh.
