I recently dined at The Twisted Crab, and our waitress Kim made the entire experience absolutely wonderful. From the moment we were seated, her warm smile and friendly attitude set the tone for a great meal. Kim was incredibly attentive, checking on us often without ever being intrusive.
What stood out the most was her spectacular customer service—she treated every table like they truly mattered. She took the time to repeat our order which assured us that it would be correct- which it was! You could tell she genuinely enjoys what she does, and that energy was contagious.
The food came out hot, fresh, and surprisingly fast, which made the experience even better. Everything tasted delicious and was cooked perfectly, from the seafood to the sides. Kim double-checked that our food was just the way we wanted it and made sure we were satisfied before leaving the table.
It’s rare these days to find servers who care as much as Kim clearly does. Her professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail turned a simple dinner into a memorable outing. Because of her, we’ll definitely be coming back and recommending The Twisted Crab to friends and family.

Farlando is great server and he’s funny. Food came out hot and fresh. The catfish is good also. Definitely recommend the specials

The food was pretty good -I only didn’t like the lobster po boy was overly cooked to hard to enjoy but every business has it’s t days (I did make mention to my waiter, no biggie)but after 30mins-1hr of leaving here heading home,My stomach started hurting. I’ve been having stuff come out the attic and basement none stop for the past maybe 2hrs I don’t know if this means food poisoning or what but my belly hurts so bad. Please check in and let the cooks know- I know yall can get tired but food safety is important.. overall the environment and my waiter was fantastic!

Great atmosphere, great service! We shared a seafood boil. I loved the seasoning, great flavor, and the food felt like a very good value. My only qualm is that the crab leg was harder than usual to remove from the shell, leading me to wonder if it wasn’t slightly over boiled.

First time coming here. 10/10 we went on Monday they had a specials $5 margaritas and $2 bottle beer. They have a special every day of the week. Treasure was server and she made experience very delightful.

I had Alyssa as my server, she was so personable and welcoming! She really made my experience that much better, was very efficient and extremely helpful! The food was SO GOOD! We ordered the cocktail shrimp, the Cheese Sticks and the T1 special. It hit just the spot because we were starving before we walked in. It wasn’t too busy so our service was very quick, and the atmosphere was perfect for our date!

First time at The Twisted Crab with my friends, and I really enjoyed the service and food here. Aviva was our server, and she was attentive and friendly from the jump. I got the shrimp basket while the others tried the seafood boil and wings, and we all enjoyed it. We will definitely be coming back!
