How many times must I request EXTRA CRISPY before you guys actually give me what I order? Some floppy pizza again? Going downhill fast dude.
I requested extra crispy, and even put it in the special instructions to PLEASE REMEMBER THE EXTRA CRISPY. It’s even on the ticket for my pie, and, much like almost every previous time I requested it, it’s been ignored.

We used to really love this place, coming in at least twice a month. The last few times we’ve been in, there are less employees and the service has been slow – online orders are prioritized over in-person customers. I get it, that’s the business model now. But the food is not good enough for me to want to continue patronizing a business that no longer acknowledges customes when they walk through thr door. That’s the bare minimum, and they fail at that. We walked in, stood in line behind one person who was being helped, waited for her to go to the register, waited longer, and after several minutes decided to go elsewhere. Only after we got from the counter to the front door did someone apologize for the wait and invite us to come back.
Sorry, MOD Pizza. We won’t be returning. You’ve had 4 opportunities to change our minds and go back to the amazing service you used to have. You’ve failed every time without even the most basic customer aervice. I hope you survive the restaurant wars, but if you don’t change something, I don’t see your business lasting much longer.

I’ve only ever been to a few other MOD pizza joints, but so far this one is the best! My wife has gluten and lactose intolerance, however, she loves pizza and cheese. A lot of cheese. Thankfully, MOD have a good gluten free cruat and lactose free plant based cheese.
The tall dude working there who made her pizza, made it perfectly. So much cheese it took a little longer in the oven, but it was glorious!

MOD Pizza always delivers great food, and my visit today was no exception. What truly stood out, however, was the incredible professionalism of an employee named Adam. He handled a very challenging situation with a woman and her wife who were both verbally abusive and saying vile things to him, yet he remained calm and professional throughout. It was remarkable to witness his composure under pressure. Excellent food and even better service from Adam!

We came in on October 1st around 8pm and ordered 2 pizzas and a salad. The tall young gentleman who helped us was SO amazing! He was attentive to my gluten allergy and was very detail oriented as he made our pizzas and salad. The manager on duty told us it’s only his second week, he’s a super star! I’m in management myself and would love to have somebody with his positive attitude on my team.

Not sure what happened to try cauliflower crust but it is now thin and tastes terrible. My food was burnt so badly I couldn’t even tolerate it and the bite I did eat was crazy salty. Ended up throwing it out.
Came inside to order. One person in front of me. No one behind me. An online order came in. So the person making food had me wait (while I had two little kids) and made the online food first (no driver waiting lol just decided we should wait..)

This place is amazing. I love how you get unlimited toppings for the same price no matter what! I get alot of meat. Always a joy to eat here with my husband. Took him there on his birthday too

First time ordering MOD Pizza ,with Uber Eats. Order was complete, arrived on time. Got Maddy (6in) for my kid. Each pizza of this size is a little over $9 . Sorry, but I was not impressed. Pizza was supper thin, not much cheese, hard to chew and my kid didn’t like it. Sad to say, will not order from here again, I didn’t think it was worth the price.

10/10 for MOD. The resturant has values and contributes to causes worth supporting. MOD feels like an experience rather than just a place to eat. The flavor and ingredients are consistent across locations. For consumers with specific preferences (or picky eaters), MOD’s customizability is great for anyone!
