(Wed. AUG 13, 2025: Today Tyler helped me with my order in the dining room. He failed to make eye contact, greet or engage. Nor did he check on me as I ate my bacon egg and cheese meal with hash brown and coffee, I ordered an extra hash brown. I paid $8.98 for this meal which is too high for what you get. But that’s how things are now. I do appreciate the free refills on coffee though. As I was about to leave I decided to use a survey I completed to get a bogo mcgriddle sausage sandwich -2 of them. I waited a long time again for anyone to come to the register to help. They seem very distracted here, by what? I dont know, they are not busy right now. A gentleman was seated inside waiting on Tyler to bring him his meal, Tyler told him he would bring the food to him, Tyler just called out the order # is all he did. The food was cold/inedible so the guy couldn’t enjoy his meal and got a refund. )(Aug 11th 2025 update..I thought maybe I had judged this mcdonald’s in Seaman Ohio too harshly. So I returned this Monday morning. I waited 5 munutes at the register inside for someone to serve me. Stephanie the manager took my order of a bacon egg and cheese biscuit meal with a round egg just like 2 days prior. Stephanie was kind, smiled, greeted and engaged. She also told me that i was welcome to have free refills of coffee while I was still in their dining room. I will give them 4 stars today. Although they still seemed overwhelmed by only 2 cars in the drive-thru amd an empty dining room, no one to wait on. )(Later on in the day on Aug 11th, I ordered a chicken sandwich and a second one for a dollar. They gave me a hamburger instead of a chicken. The following review was done a day or two earlier, the picture of receipt has the date on it. I ordered a sausage egg(substitute a round egg)cheese biscuit meal with coffee. The cashier said he would get my coffee for me, he didnt do that. I had to ask the manager to get my coffee. Also, the customer ahead of me in the dining room was overcharged and had to come back to have his bill adjusted.

Stopped in for a quick meal while out Ohio road tripping. Definitely can’t bet the $5 meal deal. But we waited forever for our food in the lobby, and then the frys were less than hot.

We were driving home after a weekend out of town. We decided to stop for coffee at this location. We made the error of going into the store to stretch our legs and place our order inside the store. When we entered the store the only person at the counter was helping someone else. We walked up to an open kiosk to place an order. Once we finished our order, we waited for a receipt to come out of the kiosk. We heard the sound of the printer and the paper roller activating after we paid for our order. No receipt was produced by the kiosk. No order number appeared on the kiosk screen.
My wife and I waited with multiple other people for our orders. No orders appeared to be coming out to the front counter to pick up for about 5 min or more. In talking to other customers, they had used kiosks to place their orders. None of them had an order number because there was no paper in 3 of the 4 kiosks. I noted that at the top of the kiosk was a light blinking red on the kiosks that produced no receipt. The only one that produced a receipt had an orange blinking light.
At the 10 min point of waiting for our small order, we heard a team lead or manager chewing out the staff in the kitchen. Suddenly orders finally started appearing. Unhappy customers who had no order number started asking for their order status.
The service counter employee had asked us what our order number was after standing there for more than 15 min. We told her we got no receipt so we had no idea. We told her what our order consisted of and she went back and located it.
20 min after we walked into the store for 2 large coffees, a chocolate milk and 3 cheeseburgers, we finally left the chaotic store with our order.
My opinion about kiosks is that they literally cannot replace a person, but they normally work correctly, i doubt they are going away. Kiosks require attention to ensure they function correctly. This particular store has poor management. Chaos in the kitchen is a sign of very poor management. Poor processes and poor training equals a poor product and a poor customer experience.
If this store was the first ever McDonalds store in existence, it would close down very quickly due to experiences like this one.
We drive down Hwy 32 frequently. I will not stop at this store again.

Didn’t want a drink with my meal. There’s not an option for no drink so the manager told the worker to just do a large sweet tea. Which raises the price lol. They forgot to give me my sauce and I asked for one and they wanted to charge me for it. Literally was willing to go through the trouble of ringing up a 25 cent sauce that they forgot to give me!! Food was also cold. My visit left a lot to be desired

They usually always get my orders wrong and the copy absolutely tastes awful I don’t know what they have done to their coffee but I can go to any other McDonald’s and it tastes good go to West Union McDonald’s and it’s nasty. We’ve gotten chicken nuggets from there that was stale and old French fries that were cold and soggy not a good experience giving them the stars is probably giving them a positive credit

The employees here are amazing the sweetest ever but my problem is I keep hoping it gets better because I’m always coming back because they forgot food,Fry’s aren’t filled up all the way ,or not getting any sauce you ask for . Sadly this keeps happening pretty often for me and I never wanna come off rude but I really don’t wanna have to drive back so much when I wanna just go home and eat

Waited in the drive through for almost 40 minutes… never received a receipt at the pay window.. got to the second window got my drinks and was asked to pull foward.. there were already so many cars pulled foward I couldn’t go anywhere.. I sat and waited for my food only for the worker to give my order to the guy sitting behind me.. who was also pulled up waiting.. he brought the wrong order to my window… long story short if you can’t keep the orders straight STOP pulling everyone foward.. slow down and pay attention to what is going on.. icing on the cake my order was still wrong

Every time I eat here the food is horrible they like to use smaller portions than what is advertised for instance the quarter pounder hamburger they often substitute the kids meal Burger size meat is often burned and cold that goes for chicken and hamburger patties buns are normally stale fries I’ve never had warm fries here always cold condiments are always out inside water is always way too high on the pop mixture so everything ends up tasting flat

I had an order on the mobile app, but after sitting in the drive thru lines for 25 minutes, I had to leave for an appt. I called & spoke with a kind lady who said they’re happy to make my order fresh when I’m finished. The drive thru was again slow, but I got my order… and everything was wonderful! I got my annual Big Mac which was a little sloppy, but good. My no salt fries were hot and fresh. Unsweet tea was perfect. And the coffee was fresh and piping hot.

Every single time I come here, I have to pull forward and wait for a simple order. 2 burgers, or 2 fish sandwiches, or 2 chicken sandwiches. I never understand why they constantly have me and several others pull forward for so thing that is supposed to be made and ready. I know this is a franchise location, but corporate needs to come in and do a complete assessment of it. The way this store operates is NOT how any other store operates and it is NOT customer friendly. I truly believe it only exists today because there aren’t any competitors in the immediate area.
