We came by for a casual V-Day dinner and had a great time. They have an impressive food and beer selection. I had a BYO white sauce pizza that I’d come back for. Their house burger is a BEHEMOTH. And it was great to watch the game. Go Buckeyes!!

I went with family for Super Bowl Sunday. The food itself and the drinks were good. Other than that, I couldn’t say anything positive about our experience. There was a TV malfunctioning across from us, which was distracting and made watching the game difficult. After the second round of drinks and before the Halftime Show, our server didn’t our table again. Waters weren’t refilled, the quality of the food wasn’t checked on. We wanted a third round of drinks, but by the time the Fourth Quarter came around it was too late. We wanted additional food as well. We could see our server was clearly in the weeds with other tables, but she never communicated delays to us, or asked for assistance from other servers or management. As someone who has worked in food service for 20 years, I’m understanding that popular events can cause challenges. But regardless of that, near 1 hour of not seeing our server is unacceptable. We only got service because I got up from the table and approached the host stand (the gentleman I spoke to I assume was a supervisor or lead server). After that point we started seeing our server again. She remarked that she had been “doing this a long time” in a cocky tone, which seemed an odd thing to say. It was almost as if she had been scolded for the poor service and wanted to make a point to us. At no point did she offer an apology for her absence. We finally got our dessert, paid and left. There are clearly some issues with teamwork among servers and communication here. Based on this, I wouldn’t return nor would any of my family who were with me.

I was with my high school team this past Saturday. I am the coach and I wanted to treat them to some pizza while driving through the city back to our school. I saw great reviews on the pizza at Fatpour Wicker Park. It was also after 3pm and I wasn’t sure due to Da Bears game that evening and the playoff games. I called and the hostess was very accommodating and polite. When we arrived we were greeted by the GM, I believe his name was Kyle. Kind of looked like Ben Johnson to be honest. He was very nice and explained we could be seated with 15+ people but due to the volume of reservations we would have to be done at a certain time. I really appreciated the communication and hospitality we received. It almost felt like I was at a friend’s house. The pizza was DELICIOUS and the team couldn’t get enough of the cheese curds. Our server was on point and the food runners kept the pizza coming. It was a delightful experience all around and we will be back again. Bear Down

I’ve been here twice. Once for a Bears and Packers game. Made reservations, was seated promptly, and our waitress was phenomenal!! I wish I knew her name. I had the burger with the egg and bacon, amazing. The vibe was great. Came back again this past weekend. Food was still great but the service was snail slow. Our waiter only came by twice but the young lady who was the hostess attended to us and had such a great attitude.

Service was amazing, the food was great and there were plenty of tvs to watch the bears game. Definitely recommend the elote dip. We got a pizza and it was just okay. I got the triple Jane cider and it really was a FAT POUR. After dinner we played darts in the back which was really fun.

Great place to watch sports. Really loud so server was kind to basically sit next to me in the booth when we talked.
Food is really good, but it’s also ridiculously large because I had trouble being able to take big enough bites, and obviously had leftovers to take home.

First time stay in Chicago and this restaurant even though we did not go inside because of the atmosphere, the outside sitting was perfect weather. I had been smelling Italian. They didn’t offer anything other than pizza but they had one dish. Oh my goodness it was awesome. awesome experience, the waitress and waiter whom She was helping to to teach were both awesome if we come back we would definitely be back to this place!!! we were here on a business trip, but it was so relaxing and romantic for me and my Huby of 42 years

Terrible experience. We came in with a large group and were actually yelled at by another customer for being “too loud,” which staff did nothing to address or de-escalate. Instead of making us feel welcome, the whole situation felt hostile and uncomfortable.
Our waitress was also extremely unprofessional. She made multiple comments about us “racking up the bill” so she could get a better tip, which felt awkward and inappropriate. On top of that, she forgot several items from our order and we only saw her once the entire time.
We tried to speak with management while we were there, but they refused to come out. Since then, we’ve tried calling multiple times and no one ever answers.
Overall, the service was awful and the atmosphere was even worse. Definitely not a place I’d recommend for groups or anyone expecting decent customer service.
