I had a fantastic time at Red Robin! The food was delicious — the burgers were juicy, fresh, and cooked perfectly to order. The bottomless fries are always a win, and the seasoning is addictive. The restaurant was clean and had a fun, relaxed vibe that made the meal even more enjoyable.

Our server was super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without feeling rushed. It’s clear the staff really care about providing great service.

Had a wonderful dinner here tonight around 8:30 and just had to leave a review. The service was absolutely fantastic — our waitress was so friendly, attentive, and made us feel really welcome the whole time. You can tell when someone actually cares about making your night a good one, and she really did.

I had the teriyaki chicken with bottomless sweet potato fries and everything was so fresh and delicious. The fries were hot, crispy, and perfectly seasoned, and my meal was exactly what I was hoping for. We never felt rushed, our drinks were always refilled, and everything came out just right.

Big thank you to the team tonight — great food, great service, and a really pleasant atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back!

Came to Red Robin for dinner with my family, and I was pleasantly surprised at how good this was for a chain burger place. I didn’t have high expectations going in, but our server was incredibly nice, and she was apologetic for the slowness of our food coming out – which we didn’t mind because we were enjoying our conversations. All of our food came out and was hot, fresh, and didn’t look like it was sitting under a heat lamp. The location is very convenient to get to, the parking lot is well lit, and everything was well maintained.

Tried giving this location another chance after a poor experience last year, but unfortunately, not much has improved. We waited over 30 minutes for two burgers and chicken tenders, even though the restaurant was only half full and we were seated right away. Onion rings came out cold, and the plates looked dirty and still wet from the dishwasher. Our waitress was kind, but clearly stretched too thin with too many tables. Overall, still slow service and disappointing food quality.

First time here and had a great experience for the most part. My ragin’ cajun chicken sandwich was delicious and so were the onion rings. My husband got a burger and said it was good. Fries and chips were pretty good too. Service was a little slow, but not bad. Waitress was sweet. Plan to try the one back home in Charlotte with the family soon.

Been here before, but it was years ago. This time around the place felt a bit dirtier, with slick/greasy floors and a horrible sewer smell towards the bathrooms. Once we were seated, things improved. The server was friendly, courteous, and professional, coming by to check on us frequently and making sure we had everything we needed. The food was great! Banzai Burger, Avocado Bacon Burger, endless fries with that classic Red Robin seasoning, and then tried the new Pineapple Upsidedown Cake Shake!

Used to visit Red Robin more often, been years since I’ve eaten at one. First time visiting this one. Food was as good as I remembered. But, like everything else, prices are much higher than my last visit. Nevertheless, still worth the visit. I do find it crazy that they charge $2.99 to play unlimited games. You’d think this would be complimentary to entertain your kids while waiting for your meals. It was interesting the adult plates were plain white while the kid’s dishes had interesting pictures on them. I guess that’s their solution to entertaining the kids. The art on the walls was as random as I remembered. The PacMan one was my favorite. The most confusing piece of art was on the ceiling. It contained many different pictures in a nice montage. The confusion was why all the pictures faced one direction with the exception of the black and white pic of tepees. I have no idea why this one picture faces the opposite direction than all the others. Service was nice for the large party we had, the waitress and manager checked in often. The only issue was lack of refill offers for our drinks. The offer was made after a noticeable dry spell of the check-ins and right before the asking about the check. All in all, good visit, good food, and nice (but slightly confusing) art.

First time ever at a Red Robin. Food is under seasoned (they provide salt, pepper, other seasoning and ketchup at tables and bar area), service was okay ordered a drink for others ordering after me and being served first but server was friendly atleast. It’s just a typical burger/ sandwich shop with couple entrees available.

I’ve had the pleasure of visiting several Red Robin locations, but my recent experience at the Carlisle location truly stood out. While in town for an event, my family and I stumbled upon this Red Robin in the same shopping center as Target. Despite being one-time guests, I was impressed by the welcoming staff, clean restaurant, and exceptional service.

Our server was attentive, thoughtful, and went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was top-notch. The food was delicious, and the bottomless refills were promptly offered and served. We even received to-go cups without asking – a nice touch!

Although there was a minor hiccup with my order, it was quickly addressed and resolved. The server’s outstanding service earned a well-deserved 30% tip.

First impressions matter, and this Red Robin location delivered a fantastic customer experience. I’d highly recommend it to anyone in the area.

Something has changed. Food not as good and way to expensive. Quality of simple hamburger and fries not near what it use to be. Price for this out of reach. So disappointed. Used to be very favorite place to stop and eat when in Carlisle area. Will not be stopping again.
