I came to this McDonalds on my lunch break today. I order a $5 McChicken Meal. It took long but it was the lunch hour so I wasn’t worried. I ate the nuggets and fries in my car on the way back to work and left the sandwich for later since I was already short on time. I just now made it home, offered the sandwich to my husband for him to ask me, “Who bit it?” I received a sandwich already bitten out of which is disgusting since I never even took the sandwich out the bag, much less unwrapped it to bite. It’s also sad that i’m back home 20min away so I can’t take it to the for show or reconciliation.

I ordered the new Arch burgers and a Quarter pounder, all meals. When I got home to my family to eat All of the burgers were half raw, pink in the middle. I only took the burger sandwiches back, obviously because we had already been drinking our drinks and eating the fries. The manager was Very Rude and only refunded $18. He said because it was like half of a sandwich had been eaten total. We all had to take a bate to find out it was Raw!! The sandwich alone is $8.79 so I don’t know how he come up with $18. I will Never go back to the location, And it’s the only McDonald’s in my small town!!

45 min wait! So cancelled my order. So many people were coming back in because their orders were wrong. I haven’t had a correct order at McDonald’s for over a year. Not all the same ones either. No matter which one we go to. Guess it is time to find another fast food place

Restaurants is very dirty. Every morning, the staff of this place will make you want in line at the drive through until you drive away. Spent 10 minutes at outdoor menu, never even got to order, finally drove away in frustration. When I looked through the drive through to see if anyone was there, the staff were all on thier phones not working. Corporate please pull this franchise license, and close the location or sell the franchise to management that gives a dang.

I’ve had SEVERAL experiences here when last 10 pm the employees just aren’t there or just not willing to take orders. The main reason i’m bombing this place now though is because I placed an online order at 12:30 am on Sunday and the app won’t let me cancel the order and there’s literally not a single employee in sight. Figured it could be a shift change but after waiting here from 12:45-1:15 i’ve clearly realized that this place just isn’t open 24 hours like it says online and ON THEIR FRONT DOORS. This place is only in business because its name is “Mcdonald’s” whoever is managing this place needs to be fired and whoever owns it is a joke.

A chaotic, slow, mess. Diet Coke not working. Rest of food was good. But slow service put us way behind. Parking lot difficult to get out of. If you are driving down 26 and see a sign for it, be aware it’s not at the exit, it’s 2.5 miles down the road

This place really needs management that are taking this establishment serious in the evenings. Mornings and lunch crew is fine. It is definitely going downhill. Every time I come I be hoping something has changed and yet no change. Super long waits and a lot of playing around. Corporate really needs to do something about this fast before it is ran completely in the ground. I wouldn’t allow any of this!
