I felt compelled to call them out for the dishonest. For 3 times in a row now if you order spicy chicken online after 10:30pm they just going to give you regular chicken. Also no biscuits and since it’s already a packed bag ..they could care less to inform they switched your order.

I literally just left there. Because I didn’t have time to normally check my food before leaving I checked it when I got home. Trust I am attaching pictures to back up my claim. #1 my order was completely WRONG! Just got a refund for my order… they almost tried to make it seem like it couldn’t have been there fault…then charged me for the drinks because I didn’t bring them back too!!!!! I’m not too worried about it because this will be the last time I visit this location.

This location served me a burnt sandwich I Ordered the new truffle sandwich “crispy”. When I drove back to let them know and ask why would they serve something like this their reply was you ordered blackened in which I did not. This sandwich was not blackened it smelled burnt and look shriveled and over cooked. While insisting with other coworkers In the back I ordered blackened, a female coworker caught an attitude with me because I was correcting the conversation going on in my the back. Because I had to drive back to address the situation the other food I ordered was now cold and when I told the manager that my other food was now cold his response was “okay what do I you want me to do” customer service is horrible!

Worst Popeyes around. Went to the drive thru on 9/3/25 @8:14pm an there was no line nor anyone waiting. I drove up was greeted asked the gentleman give me a minute but when I was ready and let the employee know he ignored me until I said hello 5times and only ask the food no drinks or fries. I got to the window the unhappy employee woman asked me for the payment I gave her then asked me if I ordered 2 cokes I said no I didn’t order the full meal only Ala cart. She slams the window door in my face then starts yelling at people.i knocked on the window several times also beeped my horn several times and ignored me whole time. After waiting several more minutes another gentleman came to the window and asked what can he help with by that time I was beyond upset how I was being treated I asked for my money back. Will never go here and would advise other not to if that’s how Popeyes treat their customers
