Went specifically to get the Santa Fe salad advertised on their website. Was laughed at by the waiter who said they haven’t had it for 10 years. Got the HoneyBBQ Chicken salad instead. Big mistake, unless you like a BUNCH of romaine lettuce, two slices of tomato, a pinch of bacon, a sprinkle of cheese and grilled chicken fanned over the top. The chicken was juicy and tasty, but the salad was just a romaine festival, even after the waiter brought me some green onions, more tomatoes and some cabbage mix to try and give it life. I never saw the garlic bread it was supposed to come with. The 3 dip trio was good, the fries were limp. The place was empty, despite being SuperBowlSunday. The women’s restroom has stainless steel stalls that are so filthy it creeped me out to have to enter. Seriously, somebody wipe those stalls down, dang. Our waiter was super friendly and attentive, and I give him 5 stars. We won’t be back, though. (Edited as to lettuce type. It was romaine. Just lots of romaine.)

The manager was nowhere to be found to help- she never came out of her office. Im sorry every manager should be able to step in and take tables, expo food, run food, and bus tables- if they are above that, they need to go!

Our party of 3 visited this location two weeks ago on a Wed around 7pm. The place didn’t look busy and we were seated right away. We ordered some nachos, boneless wings & some tator tots. Food took forever to come out which was surprising considering there were hardly any patrons in the establishment. After a long wait, our food finally came out. Sadly, the food was subpar at best. The nachos were dry and sad. The wings were so dry they were ashy. Even the tator tots were overly cooked and dry!!! Overall the food was terrible and I do not think we will be back to this location.

By far the worst experience that I’ve had at a buffalo wild wings… The app told us pick up time was 8 PM… After getting there at 8 PM waiting around we started to notice people with later pick up times but smaller orders were getting their food… So I asked Nicholas for the manager, Naomi…I ask if there were any kind of discounts or compensation for having to wait for our wings after those who had later pick up times then ours whom got their wings first… Naomi told me that she was in the back cooking, serving tables, etc… Naomi said if she gave us discount she would have to give everybody else discounts too… We end up getting our wings at 9:05 PM shown in the pictures are some burnt boneless lemon pepper wings and the other that’s not 20 wings… Very disappointing after earning 200+ points on our app… It was the start of football season, but it seems like this place needs to plan accordingly after multiple employees, walked out, slamming the door open to leave the building… I’ve been a customer for years Billings, Montana, Gillette, Wyoming, Overland Park, Kansas to OKC, and here in the DFW…

Food service atmosphere all crap!
Walked in set up my table for at least 15 minutes no waitress came in and said anything to us. Our waitress was at another table talking to another table, another waitress told her that we’ve been waiting,
she still continued to not attend us.
I would understand if it was super busy, but her section literally had no one in that section.
The food came out super gross!!
We ordered the ultimate sampler in everything was small cold and just dry and gross.. this location sucks really bad. I won’t come back.
And I’m not gonna mention who the waitress was because I don’t want her to get in trouble but I was in the section of table 24*

The only server was Dasani and she was doing an AMAZING job, the hostess could’ve helped her out but didn’t for some reason. I spoke to the manager, who was also the cook, after we finished eating our dinner. He told me that, other then Dasani, the hostess, and him there was only one other employee. I understand the lack of the necessary employees but this is a failure of higher management / corporate and is an exploitation of both the shift manager and Dasani’s hard work. They should both get a raise and extra compensation for their effort

I went in at 5:43 pm, was shown to a table and have been walked passed for more than 15 minutes. I mean I wasn’t even served a water, or even had a waiter for that matter. It’s not like it’s an overwhelming crowd, at least then I would’ve understood. I just walked out at 6:08pm..

Trash service waited 30 minutes for service. We were sitted quickly but no help. Went to the bar for a beer and they said we needed to wait. Workers kept walking past us like we weren’t sitting there. They had the audacity to say “bye guys thank you”. You didn’t even serve us water or anything. Never felt so annoyed by a place in my life until now. I wouldn’t recommend going here with friends or family members.
