Dear Owner,
Hire more staff , pay them a reasonable wage and train them in basic customer service.
If I could give them a (-) rating I would. The staff lacks absolutely any customer service awareness, the food is never hot and the orders are never, ever correct.
I just waited 15 minutes and then had to wait for them to remake the meal.
Help your staff to be successful. This place is always busy. Imagine if the meals were actually correct or hot.

I’ve been to this location a few times for breakfast. The food and service are a 10/10. My food is always fresh, fast, and accurate! I don’t eat cheese and I like to add things from time to time and they ALWAYS get it right! I’m so happy I don’t have to go back to get something remade due to them putting cheese on it… also, everyone so nice! Thank you so much for being a great fast food location I can rely on when I forget my breakfast in the morning! I’ll have to try them out for lunch sometime!!

The staff was doing their best and they were kind and working as hard as they could.
That said, I ordered 2 cheeseburgers, 2 shakes and a 6 piece nuggets at 12:23 pm ,on the app. I got there around 12:50 or so. There was no line. He was just starting to make my order and walked out with it just after 1 pm. One of the cheeseburgers was made wrong.
I know it’s lunch time and they were very busy, but almost 40 minutes for thar is less than optimal.
Atmosphere? It’s McDonald’s. Nobody goes for the ambience, and it wasn’t dirty or anything so 5 stars is fine…

The food always comes out SUPER slow, online says they close at 11pm but always close around 9:30/10pm DAILY. Just waiting at the microphone for 10 minutes for a mobile pickup before someone actually came on and took our code. It’s now been 7 minutes (of us being the only people in line) and still waiting on 2 CHEESEBURGERS.
My food is almost never made right, they always reek of weed, and the staff can be pretty rude at times.
UPDATE: picked up food from here for my mother, ordered at the drive through, food is not made right, again!!

I’ve never had any problems with this location until today. First they handed me the wrong order I ordered a bacon QP and they gave me a double QP with no bacon, the sandwich had a weird odor. I could not eat it because I was turned off. Secondly, the fries were beyond salty. McDonald’s never tasted so nasty.

The way these McDonald’s employees talk, is horrendous.
This location allows them to work with flip flops.
Not very friendly, not polite and talk to you as if youre nothing but a person who they’ll never see again.

I ordered a spicy chicken deluxe with cheese. This was definitely not a deluxe or even had cheese! There wasn’t even lettuce or sauce on it. This is the last time I waste anymore money at this location!!

So slow you’ll regret your decision. I have enough time to write this review while 3rd in line at 6pm. Won’t ever be back to this location. Been here 3 times same experience each time. Whoever manages this store does not care at all about service times
