As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

They had me pull off to the side to wait for an item to be made. They took at least a good 15/20 minutes, making that said item. What time I got my food It was all cold injury, tasteless, and the milkshake was completely melted and even though they told me to pull off to the side to wait for my food, I got yelled at by them. And they almost refused to give me my food they are too worried about getting perfect drive through time rather than their customers.

This is by far the worst Rally’s I have been to. The staff were rude, disrespectful, and confrontational. Tonigh I pulled in and the AI took our order. It was not understanding and said a human would take our order. Then we waited about 5-10 minutes for a human. About every minute or so I said something into the mic, but no one picked up. I then backed up and pulled foward, this restarted the order. I was not sure what else to do. I put in my correct order and it took it fine. I then pulled up to the window and the women was immediately rude. I mean unbelievable rude. I tried to explain the situation and she was not trying to help at all. She then stormed off and a man came. He was also incredibly rude. We figured out that the first order had went through. The total was around $25. I explained that we wanted the second order which was about $40. The man was not trying to help and kept getting mad at me. He then said he will cancel the first order and he charged me the $40. The food came out and the woman immediately slammed the window shut. She basically through the food at me as well. Extremely unprofessional and quite frankly embarrassingly bad service. This was not only the worst fast food experince I have had, but also the worst service experience I have had. And the nail in the coffin was, they gave me the $25 dollar order after charging me $40. I did not notice until I had drove away because I just wanted to leave thanks to the rudeness. If management would like to speak to me more I would be willing. Safe to say I will never go back to this location.

Waited in line for 10 minutes didn’t get my order took finally the robot says a real person would, I pull up and the lady was rude taking my order then told me to pull around to the other side then made me wait for another 10 mins to re tell her what I ordered two fries lover burger and add lettuce and bacon to them and she still forgot to add it

I worked in the food service industry for years, so I give a lot of grace to restaurant workers, especially when they work at a busy location, but I left here today feeling really irritated. There were only 2 cars in front of us. When we got to the window, the lady said we needed to pull around to the other lane to wait for fresh chicken fingers. We sat there watching, whom I’m assuming was the manager, just stand there counting the same bills over and over as she talked non stop to the woman that was working the window. You could tell it was distracting the lady, who was trying to keep up. The manager kept looking over at our car but made no attempt to apologize for the wait or even approach the window even though she clearly seen that I was waving and trying to get her attention after sitting there 35 mins! Finally, a younger lady came from the back and asked us what we were waiting on. I felt really bad for this girl. She looked and sounded overwhelmed. I was grateful when she handed our food to me about 10 mins later. As a manager, I could never have just stood there while my cook was in that state. I couldn’t imagine letting customers just sit at the window for that long and not bother to pitch in and help or at the very least, make sure the cook knew they were sitting there! We didn’t get a “thank you”, “sorry for the wait”, or even a “have a nice day”. I should never feel like I’m bothering someone to take my money.

The food at Rallys is NEVER a disappointment. The service, tho, almost ALWAYS is. We went 2 days in a row. The 1st night the young lady was pleasant and very friendly. The only strange thing is that all the lights were off including the Rallys sign which made it appear to be closed. The wait time was longer than normal for a fast food restaurant BUT the food was HOT,correct and delicious. The second night, same with the lights but service was unpleasant. Felt like we were bothering them and they had a hard time understanding our simple order.

Fries were blessing blazing hot which were perfect however the chicken tasted room temperature. The young lady who was our cashier was nice and polite.

Employees were nice but it took about 20 mins at the drive thru waiting for a grilled chicken sandwich. They apologized for the delay. The sandwich was yummy and the seasoned french fries very good. Appeared to be only 2 people working. My nephew loves the $4 meal deal but I’m not sure I’d go back.

Fries are nice and crunchy as always, but I wanted to comment that the sandwhich I ordered was also a 5/5. A nice improvement over my last experience(different location)

Ai order taking is fun, but it has definitely missed a few things here and there, like half and half shakes, and adding/subtracting ingredients. I like that everything is fresh. The presentation is not awful, but there’s not a LOT of care vs speed. I’ll continue to return to this location before ever returnin to the other one up the road.
