Our server (Donye) took our order and disappeared. Food took a long time to arrive. No one checked on us. I put the service request light on the table kiosk. Every staff member walked by without helping. The bartender, Rhonda, finally told us our server left and she would take care of us but she never came over. Last visit to this location.

I love Applebee’s but this Applebee’s I had a horrible experience and I would never ever go back to the same Applebee’s again when I got there, I had to wait about 10 minutes just to be acknowledge to be seated. I wasn’t sure if I was supposed to seek myself people just look at you who work there like you’re not even there I order a House. Margarita my waitresses you want the perfect margarita I said no I want the House margarita well when I got my bill, they tried charging me for the perfect margarita which is more expensive so I made them fix that to get my drink. I waited 28 minutes. My waitress told me the bartender was busy yet. Nobody was sitting at the bar. She was fiddle battling around and not doing her job. The floor look like the carpet needs to be cleaned and a place smelled like vinegar it my opinion you should never have to wait a half hour for a drink, especially when the place is not busy so I will have to travel probably an extra 10 or 15 miles if I want to go to Applebee’s or maybe I’ll just hit Texas roadhouse next time lol

Me and my friends went there for the special margaritas. The minute we got there. We had to wait 15 to 20 minutes for someone acknowledge we were there. We were gonna go over to the bar and see if we could sit there and the bartender told us that we weren’t really allowed over there. We felt very As if we weren’t supposed to be there at all. Throughout the whole time, we had to wait for our drinks for 20 minutes. And our food for maybe 40 minutes. During that time we saw out bickering with the staff and a lot of unprofessionalism that made us not really want to go back.

Went to Applebees on 86th ditch in Indianapolis IN – i had terrible service, my partner and I ordered our food at the same time, he got his food and ate all of his and mine never came out. When I asked for it to be boxed up, the below picture is what I received. I ordered the 3 cheese chicken penne, no add ons or substitutions. Applebees, make this right. Food cost too much to not enjoy a date night.

We went specifically to get the O-M-Cheeseburger. I was very disappointed as my sandwich did not have cheese on it. I asked for the honey mustard on the side and did not receive it. From the images on TV and the internet it looks like your plate is full of cheese dripping off of your hamburger as you dip it. This was not the case. I barely had any cheese to dip anything in. Not only that my hamburger was stuck to the plate tearing it up as I picked it up to eat it. My fries were warm at best. Waitress seemed frazzled, but in her defense, a couple people had called off that evening. The credit card machine at the table did not work. The waitress said she had separated our bills into three separate checks but did not. Paying was very confusing. We typically like Applebees, but tonight was not a good one.

My server for the night was Taylor. She was amazing and continued to check up on me and reassured me that myself and order was not forgotten because it was low staffed tonight. I didn’t mind and understand how the food business can be. Although with being low staffed, my food still came out at a good time & I enjoyed the whole thing :). Thank you!

The bartender took forever south my flight and the restuarant wasn’t busy yet, lol. The new cheeseburger on a sizzling plate could use more cheese dip the cheese doesn’t burn so quickly. I had fun though.

I ordered the neighborhood nachos and received literally a sample size of ground beef, when I called I was told by a manager that’s how the portions come which is not true at all. I was then told to bring the meal back for a refund after having to talk to three different people. If I wanted a refund I wouldn’t have called and would’ve just came back up there…. never ordering from here again

If I could give this place a 0 star review I would. The food was bad, found a hair on it. I felt like the service wasn’t good either, waited 30 mins to get a drink. THEY WEREN’T EVEN BUSY!! I also overheard the manager talk rudely about a customer. Very unprofessional for a manager!!! DID NOT FEEL WELCOMED AT ALL. Terrible management and poor service.
