I will definitely try this restaurant again. What started out as a not so good experience was made right by the manager that went above and beyond. I placed a to-go order during a busy time and could tell that the person taking my order was distracted. Made sure to check food and questioned the way it came out on receipt before receiving order. But order came out wrong anyway. Asked to have things corrected. Still wrong. I hate to complain, but also hate to keep throwing away $ to treat my family to eat out, and to get handed food that won’t get eaten. Anyway, the manager was able to get it correct on 3rd time and didn’t take long so rest of order wasn’t getting cold while sitting in car. He was apologetic and handled the situation very professionally. Thank you

Such a cute diner chain in Michigan! It has a really laid back atmosphere, great for families and friends. They’ve got a huge menu and I liked everything I ordered! The lemon rice soup is absolutely delicious and I really enjoyed the fish and chips that I got. The portions are really large so you’ll definitely have some to take home too! Overall, such a great experience!

Coney dog with chili, onions and mustard was really good. The dog is some type with a slightly thicker skin and very tasty. The chili was not greasy.
The two fish with french fries plate was good but I am not sure if I would get it again. The fish was a bit greasy and chewy. The batter was very light and crispy. The fries were ok. I didn’t eat all the fries.
The Greek salad that came with the fish plate was delicious and I would definitely get it again. In light even get it as the main meal as well.
The cherry pie was good and the ice cream on the side was a perfect touch. I am not sure the pie is homemade but it was good.
I would definitely come back again!

Although it’s a little loud when it’s busy, the staff are always very friendly and polite. The food is always good and fresh. Definitely the best Leo’s in Livingston county! The south Lyon location has gone down significantly. Rather drive here than deal with the miserable people at south lyon. All I can say is they are prompt, inviting, and attentive! 10/10 for this location!

Four years ago, I reviewed Leo’s Cody Island in Brighton for the first time since that has been an absolute love affair between myself, the cooks the food, and especially the staff.
Fahad is one of my favorite employees. He is the kindest gentleman, a tentative, respectful, wonderful personality and I love sneaking him tips because he works hard cleaning the tables sweeping underneath washing the seats echoes beyond his job to make sure that this restaurant is clean and he even points to people that are standing and waiting for tables to show them that he’s clean an area off or he’ll tell them where there are areas they may not see in this wonderful place and this is for Stardew
What makes this review special is at its main 150th review with over 11 million people enjoying my reviews and photographs. I want to think everyone not only the readers but the businesses that I attend for the wonderful service and fun. Enjoy that I have at these establishments in Michigan.
On February 8, 2026 I visited Leo’s and was greeted by our waitress Leila. She was a wonderful young waitress and was so caring specially with Fahad being there as well to make my wife and eyes dining experience a wonderful event what makes this special is that the eggplant Parmesan that they create with the cooks and the spaghetti that served on the side with the spaghetti sauce it’s just unbelievably mouthwatering. The eggplant is crunchy. The sauce is absolutely the most delicious and the spaghetti is cooked al dente and it is just the best spaghetti I’ve ever had with my love for diet cola products. It doesn’t get any better than this, especially when they serve it with a slice of Texas style garlic toast
I’m going to be honest I don’t want you coming here to eat this because eggplant sells out quickly and I was really surprised on Saturday for lunch. I was able to get I mean for dinner. I was able to get eggplant along with my wife and that was the biggest treat because it is their best meal and I don’t want you showing up and getting the last order before I can come back and get more because I’m addicted to it and I admit it
I love their California hamburger because I take the avocados and I pay for extra avocados which I push up with my fork and making into a kind of guacamole that I spread over the bun and with the crunchy bacon and condiments that are on it me personally I only put mayonnaise on it I think but it is so so good. I went out and bought a hamburger holder and it works wonderful preventing the stuff slapping all over my shirt, cause I love being a messy eater and playing with my food.
I wish this Leos many many decades more of being here and frighten. It is a great place to eat with the best staff. The best cooks, the best food and the best customers, including myself obviously lol.
And you wonder why the people that work at these establishments and Howell and Brighton know me as trouble gee, I wonder why

Amazing atmosphere, service was excellent, we had mac n cheese that my little one loved and finished a regular size plate. Chili dogs were liking finger good, super happy with my garden salad with gyros meat and Leo’s dressing. Chocolate brownie and ice cream and hot fudge sundae was also delicious. The place was super affordable!

This is an extremely busy restaurant. One thing I noticed that everything I have ordered is freshly made and always tastes fresh. Service was slow one time because they were working a $600 to-go order so I understand. Other than that one time, service has been excellent.

This is a place that we frequent. Also the Leo’s in Hartland, MI. Place is always busy, usually to capacity during breakfast.
Service is excellent with plenty of hot coffee.
Orders come out fast, hot and consistently pretty good. I recommend this place if you are looking for a quick meal. They treat their customers right.
