I was here in Dec last year around night time. Honestly, it didn’t feel really bright and safe to dine in. My total order was about 30$ and it felt a bit too salty for my taste. It was heavy for me stomach after eating by the way.

I’m absolutely disgusted that employees get paid for customer service just to not listen, not check order for accuracy, and laugh in your face. I WAITED MY ENTIRE LUNCH ALMOST 40 MINUTES AT THE DRIVE THROUGH AT 2:00AM FOR 2 simple tacos NO SAUCE. This heavy set blond hair woman laughed in my face on purpose after I had to get back in line because they made my order wrong. She clearly didn’t care that I had to wait extra long and there was no apologies and no accountability at all if this is the manager it is extremely unacceptable that you operate your shift like this. Unqualified individual. No apologies at all!! There was nothing that was sincere about this experience and I will never be back. COMPLETE DISRESPECT. I’m sure the store manager is aware these women can’t make orders correctly and don’t care. It’s on camera you laughing and not checking orders. smh.

There’s just something about a Flame Broiler Burger is so Primal and good, and then add jalapeno and it’s on fire. Plus the staff we’re not only nice, but helpful and strived to get the order right. Now that’s customer service.

The service is slow, maybe because they are shirt staff. The food looks and tastes good except for the part where they got my order wrong. I ordered onion rings instead of franchfry, but they still give me franchfry instead of onions ring. The restaurant was okay, not that clean, but it was better than other places. The bathroom is locked, so you’ll need a key to use it if you plan on going to eat there.

On Father’s Day, I went here to pickup some lunch with my father, and I got the chicken strips and onion rings while my father got a cheeseburger and shared some onion rings with me. The food was so delicious, the onion rings were so crunch and delicious and the chicken strips too. My father enjoyed the burger.
