The staff at this Wendy’s location is the best I’ve ever seen in fast food! They are quick, efficient and VERY polite and friendly! I will drive out of my way to go to this location. The staff at this Wendy’s should teach a master class on how to run a fast food restaurant!

They absolutely don’t care about how they treat you, if your order is warm and being respectful at this store. I will never go here again. Made me wait for a basic order and was nobody in the drive through. Got the order fries cold. No reason for it because I already waited 20 minutes for an order I made on the APP!!!!! Horrible management and the workers need to find a job they enjoy!!!

I normally come here all the time, and there’s always some kind of issue with my experience, whether it be the quality of the food, missing items, or poor customer service. Yesterday afternoon, I came through after a long morning shift hungry, and the experience was phenomenal! I was genuinely surprised how good the quality of the food was, and I had a cheese potato with a 4pc of Buffalo saucy nuggs. Everything was hot, and I received butter, Bleu cheese, utensils, etc. without having to ask for them! I come here because it’s the closest to my house, but I’ll continue keeping this location as my primary as long as the food remains this good each time! Kudos to whoever was in the kitchen yesterday!!

Many lunch trips here. food is always great- FRESH! Drive through employees are always cheerful and polite. I visited another Wendy’s location and it does not hold a candle to this one! To the managers- whatever you’re doing – keep on!

I’m only upset with myself for not checking my order…yet I didn’t think I had to, but was clearly made wrong…my son had nuggets which he was not given his sauce for dipping, and our fires was not done…I tried calling last night with no answer…today I finally got through, and told the lady that answered the call what had happened…including that I have a picture with the meal showing it was made wrong…she told me there is nothing she can do about that without the receipt in hand…I said yet I have a picture of the receipt with the meal? She said you can call tomorrow to talk to another lady instead of remaking my order…

1st time I ordered here food was AWESOME, but unfortunately the next time I ate (bacon, double cheeseburger) my burger had a funny taste as if the bacon was spoiled or tainted. I’ll try again in the future (not to soon) and hopefully we won’t have the same issues
