1st time visitor. The best thing was the salad. The New York style pizza cappy is meh. Must have gotten a newbie who made it. Because it was far from New York style. It was, have a pizza with you 90% sausage. Now I’m curious if Chicago is really Chicago.

Absolutely delicious pizza! Had to knock off some of the flour, but other than that it was delicious. Our server Rob was amazing! The 16′ large was perfect for two.

Cute historical house made into restaurant. Very cozy with a lot of sports and movie decorations. Staff is very attentive and helpful. Any time a drink went low they quick to serve and ask if wanted more. The bread sticks were very tasty and the Chicago style pizza was awesome! Will definitely go back for it and my son absolutely LOVED both too! My wife loves the NY style pizza too The salads have very generous portions sizes. They also have Coppertail Unholy beer on draft which is phenomenal Belgian style tripel

Their Chicago pizza reminds me so much of giordanos in Chicago. The Greek salad was so delicious. Such a great experience. They were busy but kind and had great customer service. Our server was Rob and he was very kind and friendly to us as well as my misbehaving toddler. Truly everyone is so friendly here on staff. Glad we tried this place. It’s phenomenal.

Pizza was delicious. Greek Salad in the other hand wasn’t really good for us – too much dressing and vinegar taste in our opinion

Super personable and made our experience so memorable and lovely. Not to mention…the pizza rocks!! Plus, it’s super affordable. The outdoor dining was beautiful as well

This place was a favorite when I am in St Pete and want pizza. I ordered a large chicago cappys, and larger Greek and Ceasars salads. 51$.
Got to the restaurant and paid food ready and I asked a question about thevsize of the pizza. I ordered large she heard small. Ok fine I didn’t ask for anything I will make due with the small and salads with the family. No time to wait for new pizza.
I get home open the box to the smallest of smallest pizzas. I believe it is more like a personal size at 8 inches. Then cut it and there is no meat. Small pieces at best. For a speciality pizza named after the restaurant they have failed miserably!! The ceasar salad is only lettuce and croutons with small cups of dressing. NO Cheese. 13.99!! Really. Shame on this place for cutting so many corners on size and quality. I will try to charge back this sad representation of a pizza and sald for $51!!! And I tipped!!

Cappy’s Pizza is hands down one of the best pizza spot in St. Pete! From the moment you walk in, the vibe is welcoming, and the smell of fresh, hand-tossed dough is irresistible. Their New York-style pizza is absolute perfection—crispy yet chewy crust, generous toppings, and just the right amount of sauce.
The staff is always friendly and attentive, making sure every visit is a great experience. Plus, the prices are totally fair for the quality and portion sizes. Whether you’re dining in, grabbing a pie to go, or ordering delivery, Cappy’s never disappoints.
If you’re in St. Pete and craving authentic, delicious pizza, Cappy’s is THE place. Five stars all the way—I’ll be back again and again!

We get to the St. Pete’s area a couple times per year. We finally found GREAT pizza at Cappy’s! Real Chicago style pizza the is the best outside of Chicago. The staff is friendly with great service, too! The location is a historical old house, which is cool. The back room was perfect for our party of six, although they could use some acoustic sound dampening in there.
