I put a review up on 2/13 about my experience at this McDonald’s. My order was wrong, and what I did get was inedible. That day I called and spoke to the manager who advised I could return for a refund of the $12.00 I spent. Today, I returned to McDonald’s and made the same order I did on 2/13. I showed the manager the receipt on my phone for the previous purchase and advised that I was promised a refund for the food purchased on 2/13. The manager responded that I had ordered the food a while ago and she couldn’t give me a refund. When I explained that this was the first time I had returned to this location and it had only been a few weeks, she offered me an order of fries as compensation for the $12.00 refund I had been promised on 2/13. Today, my Filet-O-Fish was correct but sloppily made and the fries (as well as the free order of fries) weren’t even hot. Sometimes things happen, but two strikes in three weeks means maybe I’m out in the eyes of this McDonald’s location. I will have to consider if I plan to return as today’s visit was just as disappointing as the one on 2/13. Thanks for not keeping your word about my refund. I would have given no stars if I could have. The only pleasant part of the visit was the lady I usually see at the drivethru.
Also, I had no luck using the link given by the owner in the last review to even forward my complaint to McDonald’s customer relations.

No signage up when closed, employees either barely speak English or are audibly angry, and I’ve never not seen the wet floor cones out. Fell like an old lady once so they’re not lying lol. Enrique the GM was nice enough to call and refund it when the app allowed a curbside order to go through while the store was closed though, great job on his part.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been at. The whole drive thru experience felt cold and on verge of annoyance to the employee. And the 2 dollar ice cone was not even worth it, I rather have gone to BK or Dairy Queen, Ritas and even cold stone, it was a joke. And I order the big Mac meal for the monopoly pieces that ends on November 2 and nothing had a monopoly piece. I felt scam because that was the reason I went and if they would have put a notice saying they ran out, I wouldn’t have gone.

I made a mobile app order and send $13 for a special order sandwich that was wrong and French fries that were old and dripping in grease and too salty. Absolutely a waste of money. Called manager who promised a refund. Not sure how I got such an incorrect and gross order when the drive-thru wasn’t busy. Ironically, the special order receipt was taped to the incorrectly made sandwich… Go figure. Very disappointed.

I tried to order fries at 9:57 am. They told me they were only serving hash browns. Which is fine, but they should have offered to make them for a wait time. To flat out refuse 3 minutes away from the time they start serving lunch was kind of ridiculous.

We ordered 40 chicken nuggest for my Grandchildren and the rest of the house. The person who took order said 6 packs of sauce come with the order. We checked after pulling out of drive through line and only had 2 in the bag. This is not the first time that this location had shorted us an item. Last time was a Big Mac. I needed to park and go inside both times to correct.

I’m not sure about all the other reviews. I can say 9/10 times I come here, the food is perfectly fine. I get what I expected. Sometimes when I’m doing the drive thru, the people do seem a little rushed and impatient, but usually the experience is pretty normal. Charlie who was working in the second window and handing over the orders to customers was really nice though! He was very polite and smiled and just seemed like a good worker for sure!

Slowest fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to, soggiest fries (every time), the worst customer support because everyone’s too busy talking or ignores the front counter.

Why make a mobile order if you’re going to have to wait another 30 minutes when you get there.

This place is an absolute trainwreck, and it all comes down to the utterly incompetent management clearly. The kitchen is painfully slow, taking forever to get orders out, my food took over 35 minutes and arrived lukewarm at best. You can hear the front staff shouting for orders or anything else, but it’s clear the managers do nothing to keep things moving. Most of the staff seem to vanish to the back, leaving just one or two people scrambling to handle everything, including packing orders. The staff left upfront also act like they’re at a playground (not to mention the playground itself stinks), making inappropriate noises, laughing loudly, and behaving so unprofessionally it’s uncomfortable to witness. The place is filthy, with sticky tables and overflowing trash cans with an overall neglect that screams no one in charge cares. The management is either absent or completely clueless, letting the whole operation fall apart while they hide out somewhere. The food? Subpar and not worth the wait or the price. Easily the worst in the area. It’s obvious the staff are left to fend for themselves with zero leadership. Avoid this dump at all costs; it’s a disgrace.

Edit: This place just keeps getting worse, nobody on the premises speak english. person taking the orders has the thickest accent ever, the employees forget the sauces half the time making the food inedible. Nobody at either window can speak english or is not understandable. I went inside the bathroom aswell .. disgusting, it smells, pee stains everywhere, toilet paper on the ground, clearly never gets cleaned, also the rude attitude employees and horrendous customer service (not to mention them just standing there talking in spanish says who knows what). It’s terrible and sad that in a town like this we have to deal with this type of service

It’s not as fun as it used to be. The decor is very bland and corporate. No characters. The service was fine, they do what they are supposed to do and with a smile.
My issue is with the chicken nuggets. Very bland, cold and rubbery. Like they were left overs.
