They charge almost 5$ for a large fry here and yet every single time I come, no matter what time of day it is, they are barely filled halfway. I just came through when they opened at 5am and got 2 large fries which was almost 10$ and again as usual, barely filled. I had to come back through just to get them filled more than halfway. The fries are way too expensive for them to be stingy like that. I’d get it maybe if it was every once in a while but it’s every single time!!

I used to go here every morning for breakfast. But haven’t been in a while. I gave it a one star because my chicken strips where over cook. And my chicken pita looked disgusting. So I got a call about the survey I did online. the manager sounded mad and didn’t offer any help. she just told me next time to go and get my order remade. Didn’t offer a replacement meal or anything. So there’s a notice on my post of jack in the boxs saying to contact them about my post of the picture. But when I did I can’t even leave my feedback or any of my information. So the link is useless.

Let me just say this and I know the team will understand! God bless their patience! There are situations I’ve seen first hand and they handle it with a smile on their face without saying what we all want to say! I was in there and a young man came in claiming he ordered a 7 piece of poppers. They don’t carry a 7 piece, he said he got to school and only received 3…that’s all I will share but these gracious ladies will know. I just want to say you handled beautifully..you didn’t treat him rudely although we all want to do that right away. That lady i wish I got her name needs to be working with people because she does it right. If nothing else make her a manager! nice work!

They need to start marking when they make the fresh brewed tea. No one knows when it’s brewed. Tea goes bad. It don’t last long sitting out all day. That’s gross. The girl said they made tea at 6 am and it stays good all day. Sorry no it doesn’t. You guys are going to make people sick. I asked for sprite and got coke.. ♀️ And you guys want 20. The dining area was clean and well-maintained, with a casual yet inviting atmosphere. It’s the perfect spot for a quick bite without sacrificing quality. I stopped at this location around 11:45pm and ordered a bacon double sourdough patty melt (advertised on the menu at drive thru for $7.49) and the sourdough jack. Just the burgers no combo. I asked what the price for the patty melt was and she told me $7.30. Really!?! For just the burger!! And of I do the math I get fries and a drink for 20 cents more. At the window I asked again and she told me the combo was $8 and change but just the patty melt by itself cost $7.30. How is that possible when the menu literally has the combo price for $7.49. Then when I get home I open the 2 boxes and the patty melt wasn’t even melted! What the picture shows(to the left) is 3 little peices of onion and there isn’t bacon to be found on it! From jack in the box to home is 5 min. Both sandwiches cold. I don’t go out of my way to write all of this unless I was really bothered by the whole experience. Next time I’ll go elsewhere!!
