i recently went through the drive thru today, the girl was super sweet and the person who gave me my order was amazing! My only complaint was that I got told to park because they were making fresh strips(which I don’t mine waiting) , let me find out when I get home my mom opens her meal and she has nuggets instead of strips. She was super upset because she WANTED strips so I called twice to see what I can do yet no one answered other than that the food was good as always and she still ate the nuggets because what can you do when no one answers the phone and live 15 mins away?

So tonight my family decided to have Chick fil A for dinner. So, instead of going to Harlingen where i know that the service is top notch, I decided to give the SB Chick fil A another chance. So I ordered 6 combos and to my surprise they still failed to get my order correct. I also asked for extra pickles for all the sandwiches and this is what they gave me. I guess I can cut it into 6 pieces. This is the last straw for the Chick fil A in SB.

The wait in the drive thru was horrible. I only ordered 2 #1 & a cone. & that wait for that was near almost 30min. Then when i asked for a manager the young Lady Kim was so rude & didnt even bother to correct the situation. She just smirked. This beyond ridiculous. Chickfila is supposed to be great service & great food. Chickfila SB. You need to retrain your management. I dont have these issues at any other Chickfila. They need to close this restaurant down. The owner should be ashamed of the type of employees he/she has employed. Bad for business. Never going back.

I went to the SB location the first week they opened and they got my mobile drive thru order incorrect. However, I wasn’t in a hurry and drove back around. Service is way slower than the Harlingen locations but their staff seems so young so I know they’re figuring it out. I want them to be successful in our area so I will continue to support them. Friendly service always and I love Chick-fil-A chicken sandwiches!

I always feel well taken care of every time I visit this CFA. The food is always hot, and they’re quick in the drive-thru. The restaurant and restrooms are always spotless. Even though they haven’t been open long, they get better every day. Staff is very friendly

I sure do love this place! I’ve been here a few times now, and it warms my heart to see how much San Benito has grown. I remember when this town was quiet and empty, and now we’ve got places like this—what a blessing! The atmosphere was wonderful, the folks working here were kind and attentive, and the food? Absolutely delicious! I don’t quite understand all the negative reviews. The place is new, and everyone’s still learning the ropes. Patience goes a long way. Thank you, Chick-fil-A, for bringing something special to our little town!

Awesome service and great atmosphere! I give 5 stars to all the great employees working hard getting out the orders as quick as possible even though its a new chick fila restaurant location that just opened! Ive been there multiple times to dine in and drive thru and both have been great! For those giving a bad review for waiting just a bit over based on their normal past experience with other chick fil a’s, give them a break! They’re trying their best to get it going!

I stopped at the San Benito, Tx location, we ordered, and both myself and my husband stressed to the worker manning the register that it was an “eat in” meal”. We were given a blue marker device to indicate we were waiting for the meal. Several groups walked in and were given the device also. After half an hour, I noticed all those groups had been given their meals, and we were still waiting. I asked my husband to go to the register to find out what had happened to our order. Found out that our order had been marked as “to go”. The food was cold and they weren’t happy when I asked to exchange the fries; they were cold!. I had already had a bad experience at a San Antonio location, you are too pricey to be giving your customers such lousy service; so this just sealed my belief, that I will never go back to any of your locations again. You all need to do better if you want to keep your remaining customers.

Service was fast and friendly workers. The pretzel club had too many items on the sandwich,could barely taste the chicken. Waffle fries were very good and the lemonade was delicious. Only thing I wish they would have a senior discount like the chick fil a in harlingen.
