Had a wonderful experience at the Fultondale AL exit. Kamya and Carrie and everyone there were very friendly and chatty and happy to talk. The food as usual was phenomenal! I had the 2 pork chops and grits. My son had the sausage egg and cheese breakfast melt and hashbrowns covered chucked and diced(pic of an empty plate). The grill guys were also great and chatty and accommodating. We are on our way to Gulf Shores and will stop there again on the way home! I have found that Waffle House never disappoints! Thank you

The cashier had an attitude. The food was ok. There was no one waiting for any orders but me. I ordered breakfast at 5:30 am. I got the All Star Breakfast with grits instead of hasbrowns, an extra sausage patty,and apple juice. After 10 minutes, I got out my car to receive mybirder from the cook. I went back to my car and I checked my order. I was given hashbrowns. I went back to the window and let the lady (cashier) know that I had hasbrowns. She rolled her eyes and closed the window in my face, and continued doing whatever she was doing. I guessed the cook,cashier and the manager communicated about my order, and they called me back 3 mins later, and they gave me another hasbrown! At this point, I was just fed up and tired from my long drive.I just left afterwards. They could of said they were out of grits,if they were out. I’m never coming back to this waffle house. It’s the fact that I didn’t even care about getting a refund that’s how mad I was. I even tipped them out of the kindness of my heart. I’m never going back to that waffle house.

They messed up my order twice! The first time I didn’t get the items that I paid for and the second time I had a big piece of large hard plastic mixed in my food that almost broke my tooth when I bit it. Good customer service is practically nonexistent as you can’t even get anyone on the phone when you have a problem which is an issue for a customer that lives 30min away from the location. Just horrible experience around the board! I do not recommend this location!

Very slow, dirty tables, sticky floors. Went up the road to the one in Gardendale, it is clean and fast. Served within 5 minutes of ordering.

Sat at the table for 20 minutes still got no service then a man asked us if we had been waited on yet we say no he tell the girl she then proceeds to sit down and instead of come help her cutstmers. Very poor Service.

The cook was doing everything he could but after being seated at a table for 15 – 20 minutes they decided to go to take out and never spoke to us again. We never received drinks or had orders taken. We wouldn’t have minded changing to take out but since they were still waiting the tables already seated we assumed that they would get back with us since they offered us the table beforehand. After waiting another 20 to 30 minutes while listening to the wait staff saying they were just ready to go and arguments arising between staff, we simply gave up and went to Taco Bell.

Just left the best waffle house I’ve ever been to. The food tasted like it was made from love. Like your grandma just threw down in the kitchen. D was our waitress, and she was amazing. She kept our coffee full. Sang to us. I’ve eaten at many waffle houses and always left feeling sick and never finished my meal. They had music playing and they were singing. My new forever waffle house. Thanks for everything it was amazing!!!!!
