The service was so bad i had my kids in the backseat and i almost had to fight the guy taking my order because he was so rude while taking my order. I asked for my money back I didn’t even want the food no more. The employee threatened me because I told him if he doesn’t like his job he shouldn’t be working there where’s your customer service. You don’t get rude with the customer. There wouldn’t be a Taco Bell to work for without the paying customers. I would never go back there the whole staff was very unprofessional

The staff at this restaurant need to be trained and educated on basic etiquette. A customer walked in and greeted him and he just glared at the customer and then turned his head to do his own thing, he was only 7 feet away from the customer, there were no other customers in the restaurant at the time but one.

The tall white kid with curly hair has the worst attitude ever. The last two times (weeks apart) we came he unfortunately was there. He’s inconsiderate, rude and childish. There was a woman there that apologized for his behavior. There are plenty of people out there with better behavior that could replace him.

This location has been declining since 2015. It’s a 50/50 whether I get everything I order and no I do not sit in the drive through checking everything in my bag as I shouldn’t have to. Food is sloppy out of the bag and the staff always have an attitude for no reason.

If you are going to have a competition for the fastest store. Maybe you should focus on quality as well. They didn’t put items I ordered in the bag, looks like they just threw food in a bag making a mess and then got mad at ME because my vehicle was on their timer! And y’all want 15 an hour

I usually don’t have problems from this location belive it or not and I’ve been going to this one for over 13 years. But recently its not been great especially when I get it delivered. The last time I ordered from here my items were either wrong or flat out missing. And when I tried to make a complaint nothing happened I didn’t even get a refund for the missing food. Im very disappointed and I would really like someone to make up for the major disappointment.
